Not only is your photography really solid, but your presentation is impressively economical. You gave so many great tips in a succinct and snappy fashion, yet it was still thorough and easy to understand. Awesome job!

Great video. I love using daylight in the studio, with two of those b/w v-flat thingies similar to yours. Love being able to switch between that and flash at a moment's notice 🙂

gorgeous work, i love the extra subtle contrast made by the window, and during teh B&W conversion. Also the moveable wall and the last model was nice.

From 1972 - 74 I apprenticed with and assisted Monte Zucker who did all his formal portraits by north widow light and a Larson silver reflector. He favorite the low-key Rembrandt look on a dark background he painted himself and another in pastels in the vibe of Monet for photos of brides in white dresses. Your large window daylight studio is more enveloping, like the lighting outside from Northern Skylight in open shade and similar to photo I have copied from a book of a studio in the 1800s which was like a green house (all glass) with drapes which could be pulled over the window to control the lighting. The advantage of natural light + reflectors is no noticeable inverse-square fall-off because of the distance from light source (North Sky) to subject. The challenge with artificial lighting in that regard is having a studio space and flash powerful enough to the the lights far enough away way to create the same buttery smooth highlight-shadow transitions.

Great video! However, it's worth noting that not all "natural light" is created equal. If you shoot the same photos under very sunny, clear conditions, the results will be quite different compared to rainy cloudy lighting situations.
