Tired of going to the gym and want to work out from home like I do? I use the Power Rack from IFAST Fitness - www.ifastfitness.com/
I also following the following routine which only takes 30 to 45 minutes each day to complete:
Monday is a PUSH day 1
Regular Bench Press - 4 Sets / 6-10 Reps
Wide Grip Bench Press - 4 Sets / 6-10 Reps
Incline Bench Press - 4 Sets / 6-10 Reps
Tuesday is a PULL day 1
Lat Pull Downs - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Seated Rows - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
And Pull ups - 3 Sets / To Failure
Wednesday is LEG Day 1
Squats - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Cable Goblet Squats - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Deadlifts using the lower cable attachment - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Thursday is a rest day
Friday is PUSH day 2
Narrow Grip Bench Press - 4 Sets / 10 - 15 Reps
Cable Pushdowns - 4 Sets / 10 - 15 Reps
Dips - 4 Sets / 25 Reps or to failure
Saturday is PULL Day 2
Cable Curls - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Lat Pull Downs - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Chin-ups 3 Sets / To failure.
Sunday is LEG Day 2
Front Squats - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Deadlifts - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Hip Thrust - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Then it repeats the next week.
Addition Exercises I add in:
Push Days - Shoulder Press - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Pull Days - Shrugs - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
Leg Days - Reverse Cable Deadlift - 4 Sets / 10 Reps
