A bit late but I recommend just using touch of grey hair dye first. Go a shade less than your natural color (ie real black looks very fake) leave in full 5 minutes. Very good instant results. Then u can just use the coloring shampoo a couple of times a week to maintain the color. This is the quickest and least hassle free way to keep some of the grey away.

I have neighbors who have a son who comes over to visit his dad I’m guessing and our homes are in a cul de sac with small front yards but large backyards and I notice his son about 13/14 yrs old always chooses to play baseball (w a real ball not a tennis or softball) in his front yard w two other friends and I just get anxiety because they’ve already hit car across the street and broken their own window not because I am spying, but because you can clearly see the commotion with the neighbors when it happens since our cul-de-sac is so small and I guess the neighbors have already complained. I don’t complain because I don’t want any animosity but I did the other day to myself to pick up a wiffleball set and place it on the doorstep so maybe they get the message but don’t take it in a bad way I do notice that a lot of the times their ball comes over into my yard so I know that it could possibly hit my window one day and at times they use my yard as one side of their teams volleyball side, which I do go over there and tell them not to do but in the nicest possible way I don’t mean to be a Karen because I’m always very nice but it just boggles my mind how nobody teaches their children to respect other peoples property. I mean if they would come over and ask permission I feel like I would totally let them play volleyball in my yard since I’m not too particular about my grass, but it’s just the fact that they just feel entitled to that kind of throws me off I guess I’m just really old-school thinking I just choose my battles. I let it go since I know the kid won’t be a teenager forever. He doesn’t come over very often and pretty soon. He’ll be into girls and he won’t be playing baseball.😂😂😂

👍🏽 getting used to the step by step approach has been difficult for me, but it’s great now I’m there and I love how the progressions happen naturally and how we can also step back easily when necessary when we are going slow enough to be able to listen to our body.

6/18/2024. Trigger finger re-visited. Same. It's essentially cured. Since this was a homeopathic solution, I wasn't sure if the "cure" would hold. But the finger is still good. I can move it ok without it getting "caught."

This is why this country is experiencing more and more violence these days, with racial tensions rising to the level of a future civil war. We’re tired of being forced to listen to other peoples’ type of--whatever. We would get arrested for blaring our type of music, which we don’t do, anyway.

My breakfest is exactly the same, I see myself as a very fit 55 year old and discovered my cholesterol level is 8.4, my doctor recommended a mot to see what is going on . i have done the same thing in reducing my sugar, but the downside was i increased my dairy consumption thinking that this woukd be ok. I will stick with my diet less dairy to see how that goes, ill get back to you with the results when i get them, hopefully ill see an improvement.

Total nonsense there is no way they are 16 inches to start with and definitely not 17 inches at the end. He has doctored the measuring tape right from the off. Those arms are 13-14 inches at best to begin with and finish at maybe 14-15. They’ve grown but they ain’t 17 my friend.

I imagine much of your success in lowering your cholesterol was due to the red yeast rice supplement. However, I am very hesitant to use it because according to what I could research on the internet, it works the same way in your body as a statin, which is what I'm trying to avoid, along with the side effects. My total cholesterol at my last physical in February was 217. I convinced my doctor to let me try and lower it via diet before putting me on a statin, so she's given me 6 months. I've cut out eggs (I was eating a lot of them for cheap protein), and most red meat, and am also taking psyllium husk, although it's pretty foul lol. We'll see if any of it works. I already exercise 6 days a week.

I've used the Just For Men beard and Mustache product for years, well now the hair on my head is completely grey and I'm thinking about trying out the new JFM Control GX Reducing product, but I haven't seen any videos of other mature men doing so and wonder if it worked for them. Could you post any videos such as completely grey-haired men's results that have used your new GX formula please?
