The very first thing I do in the morning, and it’s nonnegotiable, is to read my Bible. It’s so important!

What a great video :) One thing I want to add: I always do a tidy up in the evening and reset my space, especially the kitchen. I go to bed with a clean sink 99% of the time. It makes my mornings so much better!

I can totally relate. 8 hours of sleep is a non-negotiable for me. At least one cup of water and coffee before I do anything else lol

My morning non negotiables are to have two to three hours before I start work to do things for myself. I take a morning walk, do some meditation, have warm water with lemon, water all day every day, take care of my plants and do some light housework/laundry. After work I'm working on turning off all tech one hour before I go to bed.

Family meal times have soooo many benefits!! Apparently teenagers particularly benefit from it.

I always need at least 3 hours in the morning for myself before starting on the household. I also need to start the morning with my Diet Coke (don’t like coffee) and a sigaret (so I didn’t stop yet). Dinner time when I was young was always with the whole family at the table, but because I’m single I eat on the couch now. In the evening I just love to play my computergame or watch KZfaq videos.

I'm a believer in a personal caffeine dose rate. The 'standard' cup or mug or pod etc is not one size fits all, for me anyway. For me it robs me of quality sleep and after a week I need a detox so I can recover sleep to normal. Real coffee is nuclear for me, and sure it makes for a fun few hours - but the fallout is the negative part of that iceberg. And it hurts. Caffeine isn't a magic gift, it's a tool - but also addictive. And all the dopamine receptors and adenosine too build a resistance so that regular use gives diminishing returns, so people take more and more to get the same buzz. Then they have to take even more to compensate ironically for the sleep debt it caused the night before! Serious addicts are zombies with degraded cognitive performance & recall due to the accumulated sleep debt. After a hit they feel more human, but still perform worse than if they hadn't used it. TLDR caffeine is difficult to titrate correctly and not get blowback.

You are too young to have joint aches... Have you tried dmso? Gelatin, rosehip powder, collagen from bone broth? Thanks for being an inspiration 💖

I want to share with you what a doctor told me once. When you are watching tv, or looking at a computer screen fora long period of time, the screen should be just above eye level. It helps to keep you from getting neck strain. Or shoulder strain. :)
