I just uploaded a video on this subject and YT suggested this so here I am. Just to let you know girls that getting better IS possible. After 20 years of suffering, I managed to put my endo into remission naturally and I am 3rd year completely endo and pain-free. Stick to this,, diest,, and make it a lifestyle. Never ever give up on yourself. You can heal. Your body is more than capable of healing.

Thanks for the video. I have been suffering from Adenomyosis for the past 4 years. I had adjusted my diet: No more spicy food (no chilli powder, no green chilli), No diary products, No sesame seeds, No peanuts or peanut butter. No red beens, No chocolates ( Sesame seeds, peanuts, Chocolate and red beensare high in estrogen). I try to avoid all of the above as much as I could. Sometimes I tend to cheat but regret with heavy bleeding and pain during my menstrual.

@@shubhamjain7753 Hi, diet alone wouldn’t reverse Adenomyosis. It should be paired with proper/suitable treatment. Like I mentioned, I’ve been suffering from Adenomyosis for the past 5-6 years. I tried different treatment options but nothing cured Adenomyosis (yet). But strict diet will help ease the pain and heavy flow. That I have witnessed myself. My period is different month to month. Because I sometimes don’t follow strict diet and eat spicy 🌶 food or eat peanut butter. That month my period will be horrible. I also have to watch my daily activities. Don’t lift too heavy stuff. Don’t do brisk walk or heavy exercise. Try to keep your physical activities to the minimum at least 10 days before your period. My personal advise is to monitor your Iron/Hemoglobin level. Take iron supplement. If that doesn’t work please go Iron Infusion. Don’t wait too long. Because I’ve been prolonged anemic I developed Arthritis (Thankfully not Rheumatoid Arthritis). Iron deficiency take big troll on your auto immune system. Please take care of that first while you are looking for treatment for Adenomyosis. Not sure what part of the world you live in. Have you heard of Ayurvedic Medicine? It’s an Indian Natural Treatment system. I am currently looking for a good Ayurvedic doctor. If I find a good place I shall recommend to you. Take care!

*I have EDS* (Joints, skin, hair, eyes and vascular are effected) *6ft4: Male and 330lbs* (from 410lbs). *I follow a Carnivore Diet without going fully meat (listed below).* I feel AMAZING when I have Red Meat - I feel less joint pain, less inflammation, better mental health, less bloated, better digestion and don’t feel the need to snack etc. My Diet per week is: -6x 300g grass-fed steak and 2x 300g salmon - 200g blue/rasp-berries per day (shake with low-fat milk and protein powder - only has 0.5g carbs). - 12 eggs - 4 sweet potato (1/2 potato per day) - 2 Avocado (one every 3-4 days) - non-salted organic butter (to cook steak) - 3.5 Litres water per day. I’m looking at adding pasteurised egg whites to get more protein with the shake. I felt great doing intermittent fasting (16:8) but have been unable to due to schedule. I also take: Zinc, Vitamin D3 &Vitamin K2, Vitamin C and Magnesium. I’m looking at trying potassium and possibly supplementing omega 3 if I can’t get salmon some weeks or decide to try a different meat (e.g. liver - which is very nutrient dense!). No drugs. Infrequent Alcohol. I do have 1-2 shots of whiskey on a Friday or Sunday. I have a very very high tolerance, so it doesn’t do much; but helps to relax a little. I did Rugby and Kickboxing most of my life. Had heaps of injuries and wondered why, doctors didn’t know anything about EDS and had so many injuries before I was diagnosed in 2019 at age 22... I do a lot of things (kettlebells, heavy lifting, kickboxing etc) that we shouldn’t do. But I love it, and I would rather get injuries then never do the things I love again. I break my diet here and there, but I’m hoping to really stick solid across this year. I believe a lot of the research into red meat is complete BS! I feel horrendous and have my entire life whenever I eat spinach leaves, kale, broccoli, carbs, etc. Do what you feel is right for YOUR body!

Thank you for sharing your diet and of course, everyone should follow a diet that works for their body. For me red meat, or in fact anything that has added hormones messes things up for me. Difference in gender, age, comorbidities, and various other factors will determine our personal diets. Some react to foods and meds that others don't. It's all relative.

Adelene... thank you for subscribing and for your question. As I learn more about low FODMAP foods I will do a video on all the details of it. And in general, I haven't come across specific brands because I look to buy local and buy fresh. So for example, if I'm making tahini, I make it from scratch rather than buying it from a shop because I wish to be more in control of the ingredients I put in. As for Omega 3 fats, as of now, chia seeds, and walnuts make up my daily source. Also remember to consult a nutritionist so that you get the right balance of nutrition based on your health conditions. Good luck :)

Hi! I have a diet plan very similar to yours and my endo is so much better! But I would like you to encourage you to read about the omega 3 sources, because all seeds specially flax and chia seeds are also high in phytoestrogens which are bad for our condition. I've been doing my own research to have a better quality life since all doctors in my whole live didn't help me! I hope this help you! Changing Diet, habits, cleaning, personal hygiene and cooking products are the key!

Hi Liliana... it's so good that you have been doing your own research. I feel it's very important for us to understand how our habits affect our health. As for chia seeds - since I have multiple conditions like EDS, Endo, MCAS - I have try and create a balance so I help each condition which can be tough as one food isn't great for one condition but helpful for the other. Chia seeds have helped my calcium levels remain consistent considering I have osteoporosis in some areas.

Hi I have gone vegan for nearly 3 weeks but I have not seen any changes in my endometriosis pain.
@FootprintsNoBoundariesByShruti
@FootprintsNoBoundariesByShruti 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Syeda, with my diet change, I didn't see a change in three weeks either. And most of my change came from doing all the 6 things I speak about. Also, there are three things here: 1. everyone responds differently and we all take a different length of time for us to experience a change and for us to understand what works and doesn't for us. 2. For me it's a combination of all the things I do with my diet that helps me - all six things. I can't leave even one of those things. So I'm not sure how successful this would have been for me had I only made one change. We have to figure out our combination also with the help of a dietician that knows 3. I am not vegan. I do avoid dairy though but again - I'm not vegan. I hope this helps :)

Hi Steff, I know exactly what you mean! But I allow myself to have one thing I'm really craving once in 10 days - but once you are on this path for a while eating things that aren't good for you suddenly begin to put you off. There are times I eat what I am craving and then don't enjoy it like I used to. Also when I get a craving a little too often, I associate that food with pain and discomfort and that also helps me to stay away from it. I hope this helps :)

Thanks for this video. I have been suffering from endometriosis pain since 13years...its a phobia for me thinking of the pain.Recently I m suffering from cystic acne... Can you please suggest what can i eat instead of roti... Is it okay with poha, suji, oats, muesli?
@FootprintsNoBoundariesByShruti
@FootprintsNoBoundariesByShruti 3 жыл бұрын
Hi Chaitali, I'm not a nutritionist so I won't be able to advise you on what you should do, but I can tell you that I eat mixed-atta roti. It's jawar, bajra and makkai flours mixed together. There is no gluten in it. I avoid gluten as it adds to my endometriosis, adenomyosis and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) pains. I have poha as that's made of rice. Suji (semolina) has gluten so I don't have that. I've never been a fan of oats so I don't have it, and when I have tried to have muesli, I struggle to chew for long periods of time, I start struggling with my breath - so I cannot eat stuff that requires a lot of effort. I don't know if you've had a chance to look, I do have an acne face-pack I apply. I will link that here: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/oJeYn7ilrdfRnZs.html I've also done a video on my acne journey, in case that helps you: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/a6l4ft2arrWXkok.html I hope some of this information helps. :)
