Need a breakthrough in any area of your life? Fasting is an amazing way to see God's hand move in your situation. This was my experience and I'm sharing it with you in this video.

I just want to encourage someone and also praise God. In 2020 September, I fasted for 3 days, 12 hrs a day. I was desperate, without a job for a long time. I was living at a friend's place. I was very specific in the job and salary I needed to be comfortable. Within the same week of my fast, I got an interview, I got my first pay before the end of that month. God surpassed even what I had asked for. He cares for our needs, He truly rewards those who seek Him. I had fasted many times before that specific fast, and after. So if you have fasted many times, don't stop. Seek God

Hello, I just came across this video and I'm experiencing most of what you are saying now. I am praying for my son's father and it's like the more I pray the more he hates me and hurls insult but this video is encouraging me to continue on my prayer and fasting. God bless you.

I really appreciate the fact you mentioned all the temptations and enemies attacks because when I tried, I felt like was only on my head and I was only weak but now i will take it in a different way and "fight" against that thoughts, Also I also loved how also you involved avoid for example social media and focus more on God, journaling and in the actual day to day

I always have some troubles during my fasting and prayer each time I fast i hide to my girlfriend sometimes I say a lie to her while entering my fast and break up fast without finishing the days I promised God. Now, how can I inform her because I would love to stay offline from social media??

It's best to pray and ask God how to handle the situation. When you're in a close relationship with someone, it is difficult to fast without them knowing since it changes the nature of your interaction. You always want to be honest with your partner, but ask God how he would have you handle it in His way. There is no sin in sharing that you are fasting...rather the sin is in boasting about it to receive praise. We must keep that in mind. God bless!

I'm on my 5th day water fast and I just wanted to give up, but somehow I searched on YT "fasting christian testimonies" and yours came up today. I'm going to pray and ask God for strength. @@PetraDotsonMaranatha Hi Petra!!! I'm done with my water fast yesterday!!!!!! ALL the glories and praises are to our Lord. I didn't feel hungry or upset. Instead, God has given me much joy and endurance. He also revealed to me my sins and guided me gently back. I became humble, patient, loving, and forgiving. God has answered most of my prayers and I can't ask for more. I didn't deserve any to begin with!! He is very kind to me !! Also, I notice a miracle, I suffered from 2 major traumas and got severe anxiety for 15 years now. After the water fast, I found it harder for me to slip into anxiety and easier into prayer mode. Have a very blessed day Petra!!!

Your testimony is so powerful. my Sister. I have been fasting, praying, praising God consistently for the past 10 months now, seeking solutions to my financial troubles. I do the Esther's 3 days dry fast 3 or 4 times each month, but do not see answers to my prayer requests to God. What unpardonable sins could I have committed against God?

You have to ask Him to reveal these things to you, and He will. He never denies us when it comes to knowledge.

Brother in Christ, I am so sorry to hear about your troubles. It can be frustrating when you don't get the answers from God you are seeking. I encourage you to continue seeking God's face. If you have confessed every known sin, you know that God hears you. Here are two things to remember: 1. Fasting is not a magic cure-all or a way to get what we want from God. Fasting is to draw us closer to God and to make us satisfied is his will, and to allow his perfect plan to be worked out in our situation. God may allow some hard things to persist even after a fast, but he can give us complete peace and the ability to endure trials he allows to come our way. And he can answer with something completely different than what we were thinking that brings us joy. Though I've had God grant me things I've asked for, I've also had this experience. 2. God's timing is different from ours. You may go through hardship for longer than you wish, but God's deliverance will come in his time. Continue to hold tight to him, because one of the greatest tests for a Christian is waiting on God. I have had to do it as well, and even though it's hard and you may cry many tears, I can guarantee it's worth it. I don't know what God's answer is for your situation, but I know he has plans for you life that will bring you joy if you stick with him in faith. God bless!

@@PetraDotsonMaranatha Thanks a lot my Sister-in-Christ, I will continue my fasting and prayer life against the household enemies, ancestral bondage, stubborn spirit of debt, backwardness and generational curses. This would be my lifestyle for as long as I breathe.

@@cyrilndaba6322 my advice is to ask Jesus to help you understand that all your sins are forgiven because of the blood of Jesus! Self condemnation is serious I advise you ask God to remind you that you are the righteousness of God in Christ! When you know who He says you are you will be free to walk in what He has said. The yoke is broken walk in the freedom that was purchased for you. His grace is sufficient thank Him for it.

Yes, definitely! The Lord wants to speak to us through his Word the Bible and the Holy Spirit. He promised us: "Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know." Jeremiah 33:3 "And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left." Isaiah 30:21
