@@DaveBrown2020 subscribed Dave. A month ago I never knew how many symptoms this thing could cause. And I can see why after dealing with this you've decided to share your experience. All I've thought throughout is when I get out of this I want to make others aware. I think it's so important and what you're doing is fantastic. 👍

A very very happy new year to you sir. Your videos have really made this Christmas season more bearable for me sir. A heartfelt thank you. Sir, right now I am having a lot of difficulty with this whole symptom hopping thing. Like I'm really scared of one symptom. And after a week or so,that sort of tapers off. Then I'm all in with the new symptom-becomes the centre of my life. And also the accompanying fear of some terminal disease based on the area where the new symptom turns up. This keeps happening. What would your advice be. Thank you.

Best video I've seen and it's exactly what I'm going through. Everyday feels like another terminal illness and stuck in a vicious cycle. I'll be watching the rest of your vids after this.

@@chrisburrows9021 Hey bro, what are the symptoms you facing?
@chrisburrows9021

@@amdphen the trigger was a bad lower back due to working at home. Started to panic from that point and then started to urinate frequently. Started panicking more and it got to a point where the following started: Dizziness, bloating, sense of pulsating through the body, pains near rib and across stomach, noise sensitivity, light sensitivity, waking up with pins and needles in arms and legs, waking up with burning sensation on body, difficulty breathing, loss of appetite, constipation, brain fog, lack of concentration, head noises when going to sleep, nausea. All this led to a full on panic attack about 2 week ago. My day started with a heavy feeling leading to a tightened chest and numbness down one side. Since then when I'm getting really anxious I'm left with urination and stomach bloating. It seems to calm down completely in the evening and sometimes after it has I have a tension headache. Top tip and I'm being serious. Watch as many nature programs as you can, things that are relaxing. Nature helps. It's the colors and tranquility

@@chrisburrows9021 Ya bro, nature really helps. I have recently joined a swimming pool. Spending time in sun, water also has really helped. We can get through this 👍🏻!!

Hi. I was wondering if a crushing chest can be anxiety? I’ve had a suffocating feeling for a month now. Like hungry for air constantly. & This afternoon my chest feels like it’s being crushed :( no pain just super tight. It’s Wednesday and I had an ecg on Monday morning and that was fine. Would an ecg be able to tell if I was having a heart attack in say the next few days since having the test..Xx

I would say once I began on my recovery journey it was over about 6 months to begin to feel completely relaxed. I would say mediation helped the most with this and constant check ins
