I can show my place in the Bay Area. Here is the table and half of a chair. I share it with my roommates on Tue, Thu, and Fri. There is a bathroom across the street in 7-11, and I can charge my phone only at night because PG&E bills are about 700 bucks every month. My neighbors grow weed and train custom GPS on their GPUs. Also, I have three paper walls and one window, so we freeze to death in January and melt in July. This is a nice 2 BR, 0.5 bathrooms, 5 people living here, just for $3200/mo.
