To be honest I don't really care about Dareth I don't hate him I don't love him he's okay. BUT if you talk shiz a bout Ronin I will have ur Head good sir!! (Jk lmao) but still Ronin is a fave for me so Imma be a bit protective but in the end its all opinion so to each their own lol.

@@newthejsterjacob408 gosh agreed when it comes to having more ronin!! But tbh I was fine with how he was on thr Island. He's always been that kind of I'm doin what I want for myself kind of anti hero. (Except for when the world is in danger) where he then helps out the ninja cuz how can he make money if the world's gonna end XD. Either way I like it when he has a good balance of good and not so good stuff he does. Even if some of its off screen! All I can wish for is more of him in general XD

I think Dareth is just a plot driving mechanism. He was comic relief and had a personality but he is in the perfect position for the writers to conduct plots through after all, close enough to the main characters but not actually important

I personally think Dareth is a neutral character. I don't hate him, but I don't love him either. He definitely is not a needed character in the Ninjago show, but I sometimes find him pretty fun to watch, and other times just annoying.

I think dareth is this whipy and clumsy kind of guy who likes to be in the ninjas class. I don't hate him I just think he's funny and stupid. The guy that I truly hate from the bottom of my heart is ronin

Dareth wasn't really a bad character and I never really respected him that much, I always saw him as 1 of the characters that people only make fun of them and that's it and he still is that type of a character, but in terms of a character over all he's not bad and not that good imo, however I respected him more in season nine where he was actually willing to help Lloyd out but that still didn't really change anything

The issue with dareth is that he's barebones comic relief. He's very one-sided. It's also one of the reasons why I tend to stay out of ninjago fanbase activity. The community is just so toxic. Criticizing a show in love just won't sit well with the majority of the fanbase (that being 8 year old boys and teenaged girls) who can't understand that Ninjago isn't perfect and certainly has flaws. Dareth is a flaw that could be smoothed over if he had more character development, but seeing as how he's fully comic relief, we have no reason to assume that Dareth can be anything more for the time being.

In my opinion Derek isn’t a bad character but he just does some things that make people don’t like it season six is a great example where he literally calls out Nia just because she’s a girl and says the ninja is a boy squad whoever said that. that doesn’t make me hate the Derek as it kind of leads into the season showing that you don’t always have to be a boy to be strong

I think Ninjago created Dareth Because they wanted a character that people could sort of make fun of him? And for the voice actor, Props to him! as long as he does what he wants and gets his $$ then he should be good. Lol.

In my opinion Dareth is one of the worst chracters in ninjago in my opionin. He has his moments like in the final battle, and the shark scene in season 3 was good, but majorty of the time he is a joke. I love how the ninjago team trys to make Dareth a good character, but over all they kinda failed him, but like i said he is a joke, and many other reasons that he is the worst character. He is sexist in season 6, and in season 9 the bathroom jokes in the scene when he got the brown powers are very terrible. I just feel like in season 9 when the ninja where in the oni, and dragon relam, dareth was basically a replacement for jay. I respect everyones opinion for dareth but this my own opinion.

That's fine, but in my opinion Clutch Power is the worst character, he was never written well, In Season 11 he refused to help the ninja even when their trying to steal the Scrolls of Forbidden Spinjitzu all because it was an "adventure", and then he stole the damn storm amulet just to show he's a real explorer, and both times he was the reason why the Ninjago was being attacked. I hate Clutch Powers in this show with every fiber of my being.
