Like adult ballet classes...one great school in Berkeley has so many adult classes and a show each year...one year our ages ranged from 19-85. EVERYONE can dance! I once met a retired dancer taking classes and we were able to figure out I saw her perform in the Royal Ballet. None of her home country friends/family ever saw her perform there...except me, a student in the same class despite not being nearly as talented as her :)

Well done! I started belly dancing at 25 years old, and am still really enjoying it at 38. Fitness should be enjoyable and challenging (physically and mentally) - dance and sports like this are great for setting short term and long term goals to keep motivated. Try new things, work to improve, learn a skill, be proud of yourself.

Oooh wow. She is amaaazing 😍 If I can ask, how many years is she training gymnastics? She started completely from zero, or she had some experience as a child? And if you don't mind..how old is she? (I just ask, because I'm interested in gymnastiscs too. But I'm not sure if it isn't a stupid idea for me to start now, as I am above 30 years old).

Sorry to be the pet police he looks so well looked after ♡ but has your beardie got a guard on his heat lamp ? Always worth having one - if he touches it then he will get burnt :( also were your bugs pre dusted coz they should all be dusted. Xx

I don’t think that’s mould. I’m pretty sure it’s where they’ve had things stuck on the walls and it’s taken the paint off when it’s been removed 👍
