This is my most abitious project so far, trying to make Timelapses even more cinematic and engaging. The Campaign turned out longer than I though and precosseing the video takes a while so I have divided this one up into three parts. The Next part will be uploaded as fast as possible within a few days.
In order to show Europe in as much detail as possible i have used the Magna Europa mod, a big shoutout to the team behind it! If you're into just the European conflict this mod is a definite must have!
This WWII timelapse has been simulated by AI in the video game Hearts of Iron IV by Paradox Interactive.
All DLC are installed:

Hi Everyone! Thank you so much for watching! Currently there is no part 04 planned. The next series will be based on WWIII in the modern world. Followed after by a new WWII run in which Italy might have more success than before. However I had a lot of fun with Magna Europa and a lot of you are asking for an episode 04, so maybe there will be a reboot in the future.

Should have had the Americans invade Ireland or England during the chaos caused by the civil war in Europe. With the Germans distracted, and the bulk of the Axis forces fighting in southern Europe that would have been the perfect time.

The high ground they’d support resistance elements in both and thus would revolt against the axis. The lack of any revolts aside from the dictators is dumb, especially with how over extended Germany really is which hoi4 can’t represent

How many u-boats are there in the Atlantic? Also, if American invasion fleets manage to cross the Atlantic, how would they get air superiority? Carriers are not that great vs large land-based air forces. Any invading army across the Atlantic could also easily be cut off from supplies.

@@bangercakes Bucharest was a village created by a shepherd named Bucur. The capital was moved there for the ruller to be closer to the otoman front.

@@bangercakes Yes, Budapest was created by merging the cities of Buda, Pest and Óbuda (old buda). The names Buda and Pest both have uncertain origins. According to legend, Buda comes from "Bleda" the name of Attila the Huns brother. It could also come from the Turkic name "Bud" or "Bod" meaning twig but I don't see how this makes sense. The most plausible is that Buda coms from the slavic term "Voda" meaning water, because Buda is on a hill overlooking the Danube river. Pest may have it's name's origin in Roman times. You see, Pest was built on the Roman town Contra-Aquincum, which Ptolemy (it doesn't say which) called "Pession". Alternatively, Pest may come from "pestera" an old slavic word for "cave". Bucharest is interesting in that in Romanian it's called Bucuresti which sounds less similar to Budapest than Bucharest. Anyway, most sources I see derive it's name "joy" in some language, so Bucharest may mean "city of joy". However, a 19th century Austrian book derives the name from Bukovie, a beech forest.

Germany looks even scarier than before when you remember that it is *hunting* its former allies. An unstoppable and murderous titan, eager to feel satisfaction by spilling more and more blood. Its former allies aren't fighting for power. *They're fighting for survival.* Either they defeat Germany, or Germany has them all *executed.* Horrifying.

This time lapse shows two very important facts. 1. The French are worthless when it comes to war either in defense or offense. 2. The Axis wins without the US intervening. I gleaned that from the fact that Part 3 seemed to be totally devoid of American Forces.
