How quickly Italy fell reminded me of a joke: A military officer of the Wehrmacht comes to Hitler and says "Mein Führer, ze Italians have joined ze war" to which Hitler replies "Gut, send one division to conquer zem". The officer says "Nein, you don't understand, zey are on our side". Hitler then says "Oh Scheiße, quickly, send 10 divisions to prevent zem from being conquered"

After the fall of the Third Reich, Russia's East Germany (former GDR) continued the tradition. When you married, you received a Government loan that was reduced with every child you had. They called it 'abkindern' (to 'child the loan off'). You want to have the question answered WHY so many followed Hitler, you just have to keep watching the Trump clan.

Luftwaffe had poorer planes than the RAF and even Red Air Force. Il-2 was the most mass-produced and one of the best close support planes in WW2. Lancaster was arguably the best heavy bomber and British radar sophistication also helped. USAAF had good planes but poor doctrine at the start.

The game is programmed to follow the historical events as they happened. Operation Sea Lion, in which they are to be invaded by sea, was called off. In its place Hitler set forth the invasion of Poland. Naval supremacy wasn’t his concern because his war was out east.

You can use the Ragnarök mods Also GW doesn't use res all. I did. It doesn't dare attack the 10-50 div per province. Even though when I took command, it's late game weaponry smashed them. (Though i gave manpower as well) (Ragnarök 1937)

No doubt interesting and very well done. The only way a scenario like that could actually happen would be if Germany was able to turn the conquered countries militaries to their side and use them against the others.. Whether anyone Would have the ability to actually do so is doubtful but then again that's what makes the scenario so much fun so much fun!
