i like a good clear and concise video about the direction of a creator's channel and this is exactly that, no unnecessary clickbait or fluff to dramatise it. just good communication.

I appreciate that. I sat down and thought about it and there were really 4 main reasons... then it was all about figuring out how to incorporate it into a video without making it the 'whole' video.

I think the rebranding is a smart move. I saw your cave video and it got me to play valheim. I watch your vids all the time when I get stuck on something/need some inspo but I always forgot your name. I immediately remembered 9byte. Good luck with the switch-over and keep making ridiculously insane builds 🫡

Hello !! Awesome builds, this frost cave is insane, and those curved docks too, it is great to see project that looks like real usable space - I mean even roleplay with parts like crain decorations and items around "King & Queen room" ect. it would be the best thing ever if we could have some cityzens roaming around your builds

All builds are so unique and beautifully done! You do an amazing job incorporating the landscape in to them. Curvey Castle is by far my favorite☺️ Video production is solid and is a joy to watch! Doing my own VERY simple vids compared to this, i know how much work and time you put in to making this for your followers 🥳

Good luck with your channel and rebranding. Your builds are amazing. I play survival, so I can't imagine being able to do anything on such a large scale. Do you play survival?

Suggestion: 7 Days to Die building. Similar to Valheim - Unity-based. Tons of unique pieces for building.

You have to be some kind of spatial intelligence GENIUS! I'm sooooooo jealous of your ability to build all this, your ability to just see how you're going to do it. I play on a dedicated server my friend has right now and we don't use devcommands, but even with devcommands I could never build something like this. I've watched all your videos on roofs and they taught me a lot, and I've tried to build the foundation like you do with laying out all the beams/floors on the ground before doing the frame, but I just have no ability to see how it will look before I build it and then I see I've messed up lol, at which point I feel like giving up. It's hard to know how big you need it to be for everything to fit inside, I've even tried mapping i out with pen and paper first! If you have any video of how you plan builds or something like that, please let me know where. And if you don't have a video like that, please make one!! Sorry for the long paragraph, much love from a Swedish fan!

No worries on the long paragraph and thank you for the kind words. I've had a few people ask me how I build these things but I've never thought about making a video on the whole process. That's a great idea and something I will look into. Also I think if you just keep building you will get to a point where you know how much room to leave inside. Its kind of something that comes with time. Just remember if you are working with stone or black marble walls that you will lose a lot of room on the inside, so build bigger! You got this! :)

Man, I really wish you could add NPCs like villagers (I know it’s not Minecraft) because some of these builds are so awesome, but just so lonely. I’m hoping one day there will be a game like this with that being something you cloud add. Just make a Len awesome bustling busy town/village.

Nice showcase and rebrand! I wonder how Valheim would perform using a 4090. The lag issue personally always bothers and unfortunately demotivates me to build big builds. I hope Irongate will fix this issue and make it better. Or the Valheim mod community creates performance mods like there are in Minecraft.

Just to confirm - these builds are more so for show-n-shine/lookit me videos and not to be uses seriously in actual gameplay; trying to decipher the logic behind incorporating a Frost Cave in a build was one thing, but dining halls and decor all over for deflects from design that actual *players* would require sort of negate or separate that. Sure is pretty and shiny - just wish there were some design aspects that would translate more into functional gameplay use. And no one is asking you to build a Volkswagen either.

Question about these builds, I know you're in debugmode but is this modded to remove height durability or are these all legit and re-creatable?

These are all before I was using mods to build higher than normal. Except the mountain top castle tallest tower which I showed how I did that without mods in the build video. (By spawning in pieces within the console that act like foundation blocks-give blue stability)

Happy for you for your rebranding. But are you sure you want to stick with the color "red" for the logo ? Its kind of aggressive to the eye. Netflix, Mc Donald, KFC, Kellogs, Burger King Coca Cola and KZfaq thats their color logo. Red is for either intensive or agressive advertisement. Makes you think about all these old propaganda posters too. Really not a color i would think about when i see your videos and channel. If you chose ninebyte for the tech thing. Most of tech brands have blue color logos ( HP, Dell, Twitter, Facebook ) Its more pleasing and relaxing. I just wanted to point that out. Your choice of course !

Your builds piss me off because of how amazing and huge they are without hindering your performance. 20,000 plus instances and you're still at like 30-40fps??? i cant get to 5000 without dipping below 15fps... I'm sure you have a nice PC to run Valheim and compared to my xbox one x its god tier im certain. but man i feel like my xbox should be able to handle this game. its art style is very low res and it cant be that complicated of a game but it chokes tf out of my console... so sad. anyways, good content. keep on making it lol thanks for reading my rant.

Aww im sorry to hear that friend. I wish I could help. Over time though, they will optimize the game and it will get better!... it used to be the same way with pc but now you can do a lot more.
