I am so happy that i found acrylic pouring/fluid art a few years ago. It has helped me in so many ways and it just keeps getting better and better. I'd love to do something like this on a large circular piece of wood, that would be gorgeous - if anyone has any tips for keeping the bark edges on wood slices clean without using tape (even the very low adhesive ones tear bits of the bark off, or they don't adhere all over and paint drips through) that would be a huge help! 😂

@@Littlewings1211 you can seal them first! So either you could resin, mod podge, varnish, or wood sealer. Then you can either tape or wipe the paint off more easily

Gorgeous and still one of my most favorite designs that you do! Like you, I’ve lived 5 minutes from the beach my entire life and so often forget just how blessed we are to have such beauty filled with so much inspiration right at our doorsteps. Makes me wanna go paint some waves!!🤗💕

thank you treesie! yes we went this past weekend and my husband cooked like a lobster hahahah. and of course i told him to reapply suncreen and he just laughed at me at the time. he regretted that for sure. then he said, well, i guess we need to go to the beach more often. hahahah

Yep, us local beach livers think that just because we live at the beach we’re immune to sunburn!🤣 Been there, done that way more times than I’m willing to admit and I’m sure I’ll do it again several times this summer! If you’re like me though, you’ll have fun peeling his skin for him!🤣 Sarah Mack was peeling last week while we were at a beach retreat and we were challenging each other as to who could peel off the biggest pieces from her legs! 🤣🤣 It’s the little things sometimes, ya know?!
