I've customized near 200 pieces of clothing and looking at my early pieces I understood that I've grown so much as an artist, designer and clothes customizer. Because I saw a lot of mistakes I made before: technique mistakes and design mistakes. So in this video I want to show you my mistakes so you can learn from them.

Daria i am so happy you are finding your spot in this. I love your abstract designs and i love the loose way of painting and even if you had to fix the shirts remember that with artistic expression comes growth. And we learn through experience. Never stop creating your work is beautiful. I love your skulls and your way of interpreting the classic sculptures. I love how you can take a few strokes of a brush and make it look like one of the classics. Your awesome. Thank you for showing me this kind of art. I love to paint on fabric and recently bought myself a better air brush so i can start practicing that soon. Well as soon as i get tattooing down so i can maybe get a job doing that. Any job doing art is my dream❤️❤️❤️

You said will not survive washing the backraound but didn't you try washing and if it huppent applied again and make it write...maybe your wrong!!!😘😘😘💜💜I love your videos...is long time to paint and you make me to be happy thinking this way I can sell too..start simply as flowers or angels I love ..or crosses ..thanks for your advice

Could you maybe do a video on customizing leggings? Athleisure has become a pretty big trend, and given its stretchy nature (even when it’s a cotton legging) it seems more challenging than a regular tshirt, I would at least appreciate the help!

When you want to paint on a stretchy fabric your number one rule should be - painting only graphic designs with one maksimum 2 layers of paint. Because more then 2 layers of paint will cause cracks as you constantly streching fabric. I don't plan to paint on leggings but I plan to paint on a swimwear 😁 which is strechy too. I am planning to make such video in a couple of weeks

Wow awesome. Very informative video each shirt when you showed the before and then said what was wrong with it I thought yeah but it looks pretty good but once you went back and worked on him some more it was amazing work and you could see the energy in the artwork. Very very very very informative for me because I never quite finished my paintings I’m afraid of ruining them by adding more but I see from this video the more you add the better it’s gonna look thank you

Sometimes its good to take a break and don't look at the artwork at least for a week. And then giving it a fresh look you will be able to notice what you want to add or change. And also as I said confidence is really important. When you don't afraid to ruin your artwork you will not ruin it ) And confidence is definitely a matter of practice .

I used to make on pillows I make video with trusberend my own cut with paper and apply white color with normal acrylic paint I washing is still ok...doesn't brocks

Also very good idea to start with bleach...until I find good quality colors paint for clothes in Cyprus

I use mostly 3 brushes for painting on clothes : round brush for acrylics size 7 (for painting main shapes and objects), small round brush for acrylics size 1-2 for small detailes and linework. And flat brush size 10 -12 for background

What paints do you use for tye and dye .Are they fabric paints transparent or opaque.

For tye dye I use textile dyes

I guess you probably know you can block dye with wax to preserve whites and/or original paint color ☺

Did you re do these after they had been fixed with an iron?

Yes And fixing with iron doesn't mean that you can't add something or paint something on top of fixed layers. You can
