I drove one of these the other day and fell in love with how smooth and controlled the drift was. It’s easily my favorite M to date.

The paddles move with the wheel, so what you think might be an upshift might end up being downshift. The lever, however is at a fixed point and there's no ambiguity.

I have couple questions for you they may sound dumb but im new to this m2 ... so u wont harm the dct by doing this? Also i see you shift from your shift knob and steering wheel that also wouldn’t affect car right? Thanks !

2nd gear, 1500 rpm and it breaks traction!!! I’ve heard these engines are torquey, but still! OMG! 😲

its more about the momentum that the rear end gets from having such a short wheelbase.

120d remap you can get big torque for powerslides and drift like that izi 😅

Interesting to see, I have the same F87 M2 all stock besides stage 1 bootmod3 OTS map. I don't seem to lose traction that easily, really need to step on it hard to initiate any sort of slide. Amazing to see how easily it breaks traction on your car. I'm running Michelin Pilots 4S tires.

Great steering wheel work. Just doubt if it possible to drift with xdrive , i have xdelete app to switch xdrive off. Do you control your drift with 2nd gear?

Cool video! Watching you shifting while powersliding makes me wonder if I have chosen the right gearbox going with manual for my M2C... Can you tell me how you hold the camera in this position?

Thanks! I just watched your drift videos, good job! DCT is definitely good for drifting.. I mounted the camera at the passenger seat headrest.

Servus Alex hab dir damals eine Mail geschickt wegen der Auspuffanlage vom 135 😅 hast es schon gut drauf aber nur ein bisschen besser wie ich. Der M2 ist einfach nur Sick 👌🏻

Entspannt einen unheimlich sowas zu sehen, besonders in der doofen Wintersaison, wo alle Autos in der Garage stehen. Freu mich auf die nächste Saison genauso mit dem Skyline durch die Straßen zu ballern :-)

This F87 engine will be a collectible car since BMW stops the production on the F87 engine and replaced it with M3 n M4 on the new model. F87 is the best sounds ever compare to M3 n M4.

da merkt man schon was eine gescheide sperre (mein 330d hat leider keine) so bringt. meinst du eine Sperre (z.B. von Wavetrack) kommt in die nähe eines M-Diffs oder eher nicht? (ich weiß schon dass die Funktionsweisen komplett anders sind)

Ob sie genau daran kommt kann ich dir nicht sagen, da ich noch keine Wavetrack Sperre gefahren bin bisher. Aber es wird immer besser sein als mit einem offenen Diff.
