Jacob is very selfish as he doesn't want to take any responsibility of becoming a father to his girlfriend' Lily's triplets which is why he left her and the same goes for John who only pretend to be in love with Lily so he can get his grandmother inherits after he married her. I'm glad Lily didn't take Jacob back because he's never there for Lily or her three children since he choose to leave her 🤰in the first place and he doesn't deserved to be a father at all.

The movie "Home Is Where The Heart Is" fits this. Only the woman in question was a teenager who got knocked up and abandoned by her exbf. He drove her to a far off Walmart and left her after she went in to buy some things for herself. She was secretly living in the store for months until she gave birth. A local boy who runs a library out of his home had befriended her prior and realized where she was. He came just in time to find her on the brink of giving birth.

How selfish must you be to not want to raise the children you helped conceive? Jacob was awful, but John was no better. He tried to use Lilly for his own personal gain and pretended to be in love with her. Lily was right to cut them both off.

I have been to many weddings in my life and I know that customary formality of "speak now or forever hold your peace" is not something you are supposed to respond to. However, if you really do have a DAMNED GOOD REASON to be against the marriage, especially if you HAVE PROOF then the best irony revenge is to wait until that moment to present it. This is sad. If he didnt want kids, he should have never had s*x with her raw or never married her. Now he abandon her because she gor pregnant and gave birth?
