Just watched all the videos on this channel - absolutely phenomenal story-telling and editing which delivers unreal value. Thank you so much for taking the time, this is definitely one of my favourite channels now. Excited to watch the journey and good luck for everything that is to come 🙌🏽 I would love to see more about how this podcast first ever started - what it looked like in the early days, the tech/set up/team/editing and some tips for how to logistically start for others who might want to start a podcast one day 👀

Can't wait to meet you in person Steven. For so many people in Manchester including me you are a Hero. I was on that Soccer Aid game at OldTrafford, watching you walking on the side of the pitch, limping, I felt that pain immediately without knowing you were injured. And I felt so sorry for you. I play football twice a week (1,5 hours + 3 hours games) and I score 3-10 goals every game. I can't imagine being injured just before the final game and just accepting this fact straight away. Thank you for giving a great example, buddy. You are a good man + You are such a skilled and fast (faster than Usain?!) footy player, so I will be there on SA 2024 watching you when you score your hat-trick. Bless you, mate.

These are some of the best behind the scenes out there! Steven's schedule, his insight about captivating language, his childhood dreams, the actual explanation about how he wants to intentionally give gems in these episodes... Crazy! Funny enough, I found my life purpose while watching one of the DOAC episodes and now I'm trying to share it with the world! I believe there's a way to bring a balanced education for the younger generations around the world. After months of work, I finally shared a video about it. It's the only video on my channel. 15 min and you'll see the vision!

I think of all the content you produce this is the strongest for me. I can say that as I listen to the podcast, have the diary, have both books and subscribe to this channel plus im in the telegram. Even I didn't realise how invested I was until this moment. The honesty and the to camera moments feel like we're connecting as individuals and again, I continue to learn about you as a person. As a fellow marketeer, it feels like being mentored. Keep going. Don't watch the numbers i.e. if we get x, I'll give you y - that's more frustrating more than anything. Just need to trust you'll be here at 20:00. In my humble. Well done

I wondered how this longer episode would land…it could be 60 mins and I’d be absorbed! Brilliant episode. 1. Value. Nailed it. Practical marketing advice and very accessible…but we’d expect no less from you 😊. 2. Inspiring watching you apply all the learnings and knowledge from the podcast interviews. I’ve listened to them all and I can name the person and episode that has inspired you when you behave in a certain way or reflect and educate yourself in the moment. 3. The Pablo headlines. Genius! ❤

And watching you apply it in these videos is even more exciting. It cements the learning. I can't imagine living at the speed you do, but I am in awe of the life you've built and are now helping others build for themselves. Work life balance doesnt apply if you love what you do because then your work becomes your life. Heard that from Chris Travels on youtube. As an older viewer with health issues, I wrote down, ' REACT WELL'. I am a massive feeler who, as a young person, had the balance of my gifted reading and intelligence. I was mercilessly bullied for this into each decade of my life and lost ground financially that I never made up. Yet I forgave myself along the way yet still grief and self condemnation set in. I have different goals in my life as I am in my 50s yet I do appreciate the DOAC channel and again tonight's takeaway is React Well; shorten the time the negative gets in as it is not productive. Bravo Steven Bartlett x! I am tired, so my narrative is not linear and sharp yet I wanted to thank you for demonstrating the benefit of 'react well', and a real-life example of it.

I’m new to this way of life. I e been manifesting how I just wanna be in the rooms of people smarter than me. I was a nurse but am now writing a book, starting a podcast, a non profit….I’m in the earliest of days but I resonate with you and to have the universe deliver me access to someone who impresses me (a very rare thing) is just the greatest gift!!! And I don’t have to sweep floors to be in the room..,,though, I happily would😆 So, I made it to the end of your vlog and I thank you, sincerely and profoundly. This is like grad school on steroids….the ripples of which, will be felt around the world. Much gratitude, Stefanie

What a video Steven really leveling up each vlog and has me in my emotions too. I think when you were going on about priorities is so true, showing if you really want to do something you will make it happen. I think passion is a massive part about that if you are not passionate about something you are not going to be in the mindset to continue to succeed. I found the making food out of crickets really interesting as I did see something recently where someone had made pasta out of crickets and I think judging by what people said it is so tasty. The words sustainable, reducing our carbon footprint, being green gets thrown around a lot. However this seems to be a valid solution taking on the vertical farming increasing efficiency on the food produced and reducing the carbon footprint. We need with food less waste, to make more in a smaller footprint through vertical farming and vertical integration, which will get us one step close to solving food poverty and the climate impact that producing food has on the world. Please keep us updated on that project as I would be interested to see the progress as it comes. Then with Flight Story trying to push on how we can use AI better as individuals and businesses as AI can help us work smarter not harder, as well as helping us make things more efficient and manage our time better as well. We also need to look at the security of AI making sure we are using AI safely as I know recently that Samsung put some of their phone specs into an AI chat bot to help make some marketing material, but it ended up leaking the data to the public. It is one thing it being phone specs, nevertheless imagine it being someones personal details, which could be problematic. I 100% think Flight Story should put some comms out about best practice with AI and what we can use AI to help us with, so we can use it safely too. It is great that your teams are having the discussion as AI is here to stay we just have to learn how to use it for the right use cases and safely too. Finally with Soccer AID you have the best mindset, you gave it your all trained so hard, which unfortunately ended with you hamstring getting pulled, nevertheless you looked at the positives and felt humbled, which was so emotional to watch. More people need to learn that if things happen out of their control they need to prioritise their health and live to fight another day. This mindset is inspiring always look on the positives the fact that you go this far and think well that is a win in my eyes, otherwise you can get consumed with feeling like a failure when it is the exact opposite. We live and learn, therefore we will get better and improve ourselves, nevertheless it all starts with the positive mindset. Thank you for showing us this Steven and I hope you have a speedy recovery and take it easy too.

Steven i just love you man!! from Australia! I listen and love my audible books btw I just bought your new book!! love how sincere you are, non judgemental and really ask the questions without shame or ego....you are so good and I also love how grounded you are, no shoes and you are a curious thinker, and again ask the questions for which you don't understand....Love your youthfulness, truthfulness but your soulness...I was watching and enjoyed think like a monk podcast, but tbh stumbled across you and again to be transparent was getting a bit tired/bored of the "kumbaya" method of his podcasts...yours have been amazing, refreshing have told many and shared many to my friends and my adult kids. And I love these behind the scenes. You are my favourite go to! I'm a teacher and so fed up with my job that there is not a lot to look forward to any more, love the kids and build relationships quickly, but I teach and think outside the box, and that's not a thing you do..but...I do do it and see little faces and eyes start to sparkle, but have lost the zest...at 53 its hard to know where I want to go. Your podcasts are always on point and I always get a sparkle...thank you!! Born in Scotland too, so the UK could be a thang one day!! BUT STEVE CAN WE BUY YOUR MERCH? I WOULD LOVE TO BUY A HOODIE??? And make a Steve Bartlett lil fan club!! down-under. I work in the Arts so ide love to wear your DOAC merch here!! Love your caps too!! Any way THANK YOU for giving us YOU!! and again if we can purchase your merch, where can I go to get some!?? Yours from Australia...Yvonne....:) And love you are zodiac sign of Virgo! down to Earth....Thanks Steve! how blessed your team are being able to work with you...talk about dreams come true, so relatable!!!xx Ide love to work even for no money if you were ever to consider Australia!! and I could start by wearing your very cool merch!!! take care I hope I hear from you....need a change!! :)

There are two things that I’d like to understand. How many close top managers do you need and how often do you get to speak with them? The more companies and projects you own the less you’ll know what’s happening even if you check in you are so incredibly busy. How do you have time for your relationship? The second thing is that, and it’s only my outsiders perspective, there seem to be thousands of people who you meet who adore you. Your staff listen well and take instruction but you seem to be THE BOSS, understandably. I wonder who can challenge your ideas and answer you back. Is it incredibly difficult to keep your feet on the ground. Your life seems so full on, you obviously thrive on being busy. I’d enjoy seeing other sides of your life, not personal intrusion, just ..l I don’t know…. There doesn’t have to be perfection. Hope I’ve got my point across. You do so much for people and projects, do you have time off?

Really enjoyed this - thank you. Found what you said about persuasive language in advertising and the importance of including something unique and specific, i.e. 'I read 142 books about....' fascinating. For another episode - would like to learn more about how you educated yourself on the language of persuasion, or is it mainly intuitive? It was comforting and helpful when you spoke about the importance of how we react to situations beyond our control. This really resonates as I've been experiencing sadness, disappointment and change in a personal relationship where little is under my control (apart from my own actions). I'm trying to focus on the positive that has come from the relationship and also that which is coming with the change. I think that more on resilience, a positive mindset, and letting go/surrender (where need be) could all be good topics to explore more, in the diary behind the diary. I imagine these could come up organically. Last but not least, the insect food is such an interesting topic for environmental and nutrition reasons! Would love to learn more about that!

It ain’t over Steven, this is just a commercial break until the next SoccerAid!! Your ability to bounce back emotionally and physically from the inevitable disappointment is a testament to your resilience and maturity. But, your hamstring popped (commiserations btw, that’s not amusing) and you grasping your shin in that thumbnail, I will speak no more, lol. I’m joking, 😂 we get the gist. It would be more concerning if it was an actual picture of you having a moment. This episode is edifying as usual!!! In future episodes, more about the DOAC team members, if they’re agreeable. Could we have profiles about them? You answering some questions from the DOAC Conversation cards would be interesting. Also do your team members use The Diary? If so, how has it and the associated coaching developed them?

This is the most wisdom I've heard from a young man. I reach acceptance really fast too and it feels weird sometimes, like I'm not human. Like there's something wrong. Your team should be really proud of the content that you’re producing. Right now it’s as good or better than anything else out there, and even on tv. However, please get it out on time because I left a party early last night to be home so I could watch this episode and had to wait!

In how busy he is and how creative and productive he is to the top tier production of this vlogs, i'm always juxtaposing him with Daniel Louisy of Ashville; both their video guys are called Will too. Steven would you please get Daniel on your podcast?

Another very interesting vlog, my schedule nowhere near as full as yours these days, age slows us down somewhat but really inspired me to thinking if “You enjoy what you do as much as you obviously do then it’s not really work and work/life balance is not really an issue at all”

Loved the info about Attention - and being reminded of the 'cocktail party effect'! I'm curious to see how person/persona is depicted and how authenticity is sustained. I wonder (worry?) about these videos creating an expectation of SB 'perfection' in the audience. So maybe it would be interesting to see things get a bit messy, leftfield and see how that is managed. Thank you for such thought-provoking insight. It is absolutely fascinating.

Thankyou Stephen, Your inspirational ⭐ To delve deeper into oneself and self discover one's true, full potential. Your podcasts are amazing... brilliant forward thinking guests which bring incredible awareness. I particularly loved the stoic insight. I hope you reach millions of people. We need more incredible lovely people like yourself in these times... Your everyday vlogs are really helpful... instead of someone verbally talking of motivation, gratitude, discipline, courage, schedule. You are walking the talk.... Which makes your vlogs unique for learning how to change unhelpful behaviours such as procrastination in real time.. Blessings to you 💗

Steven, cannot express how inspirational your videos are and how much fun you seem to have. So I have a question. I remember you had a LinkedIn post saying you were interviewing ALL those who responded to your post saying they were the best at what they did. I remember you taking one of those interviews in the shower. Was it true that ALL those who emailed you would at least get an interview?

Really enjoying this new series, I’m a small independent knitwear designer/artist. Which is a very isolating career. This series gives me value ie: confirming how I’m managing my business is pretty on point/plus snippets that u drop and can be food for thought within my brand.
