That panic attack and shivering is really the toughest phase especially when alone...it's true that the people whom you love and trust the most really break you the worst and that pain takes the form of emptiness which gets worse as time passes by ....and after begging so much and get rejected for living together in life is the lowest phase one can ever feel.

अगर देवदास की स्टोरी को हम बिना पारो के कैरेक्टर को देखे बगैर सुनते तो ये सोचकर कि देवदास आया था पारो को मनाने, रोकर उसने उसको रोकने की कोशिश की, हम पारो के character पर उंगली उठाते कि कितनी पत्थर दिल थी वो कि नहीं रुकी।पर चुकी हमने इस फिल्म में दोनों पक्षों को देखा है कि किस मजबूरी से पारो ने देव को छोड़ा। जानते हैं कि पारो की स्थिति भी दयनीय थी।आपकी स्टोरी सुनकर रोना आया पर बिना आपकी x को सुने हम उसे गलत नहीं समझ सकते। कोई भी लड़की आसानी से किसी रिश्ते को नहीं छोड़ती, वो भी उस लड़के को तो बिलकुल नहीं ,जिसका birth day उसने इतने प्यार से मनाया...😢

I suffered from this depression for about 3 years due to health issues , nd lot of depression added then due to academic loss ,during that time I thought my career has been ruined now. I lost 2 years nd was like unable to decide, think properly... It has been just few months I feel I m recovering nd trying to fix things well again Hope so it will happen soon InshaAllah Can totally relate how wicked this depression is

Breakup in marriage relationship, having kids was very hard, I felt my life n future has stopped without him, I was in depression for 2 years….. slowly I realised I need to hold myself back n strong for myself n my kids…. I am a Mother n Father to my kids emotionally, financially n physically Started to love life slowly n today I hv a much happier n loving life . I thank God🙏 for my past n present .

I suffered from anxiety disorder, panic attacks, anxiety attacks, depression, ocd, social anxiety 15 years, many suicide attempts, taking counseling, medications ,therapies, healings, nlp not a single method i missed in this to world get rid from all of this,even i was not able to pay doctor fees but all these didn't work, i was alone in all this, and i pat my back that i am still alive 😢
