Its been 2.6 year i have fallowed no contact rule for one year bt he didn't contacted me.. in this no contact rule.. i learn how to live alone how to love my self..now im happy even though he didn't contact since,2.6 he moved on I aslo moved on im focusing on me life.. now i no need my ex in my life.. love urself.. chase ur goals 😊😍

I did apply this no contact rule but only for 5 days after 4th day I can't controlled myself to message him but now I'll start again as in last conversation i asked him "can't we restart again" he said no we can't i replied it's okat thank you... That's was the last message and now I'll apply this no contact rule again and this time for sure i won't break it

Aaj maine no contact ko apply kiye 30 days complete huye and he did not come back... He didn't msg or tried to call me... I understood one thing... Men can easily get move on.... Mostly men are practical in their lives and they don't feel anything about the emotions about their partner... They want loyalty and honesty but they themselves are not delivering these things to their partner and when their partner tries to confront them about the hurting they say that I don't know what to say, I can't bear this, I was not ready for relationship etc.... men can never love a women with all their heart and soul... A woman, no matter how arrogant she is .... Will definitely change for a man after a point of time automatically but a man will never change for a woman .. he will somewhere b practical in relationship bcoz of which a man can't love a woman with all his heart and soul....
