Absolutely love your video, especially the plants!😍 Also the sink in the laundry room is actually for hand washing delicate items and scrubbing stubborn stains. I was confuse at first as well😂

Really like this , I work as a teacher, thinking of moving to Brisbane soon from London . Would you perhaps do a video about cost of living ? Such as ; travel (which is easier , train bike etc) , service charge for apartment , (averge on )bills etc, food prices, how the taxes work ? I read a lot online and still seeing how the Aussi goverment work in contrast to UK. Great videos , keep it up!

Excellent place. I am on the same path as you albeit a couple of steps back. I just applied for the visa and hopefully by the end of July I'd be on Brisbane having one of these. Personally, I love the high-rise open plan apartments although for socializing I think something where you can have a bbq would be better (I hear from everyone that bbqs are a big thing over there) so perhaps a house in the suburbs might be a nice alternative. Thanks for the cool info.

Yes lots of outdoor socialising here and most of the apartment buildings come with roof top communal pools/BBQs :)

It’s easier for you to get into UK residency. Once you acquire CCT. You can always visit Australia.

I have not heard of the room of requirement. I have what we call the useful cupboard which serves the same function. It comes from playschool where they had a useful basket full of things to do arts and crafts.

Would you be open to discussing how much everything costs, besides the admin part which you already covered? There is but Brisbane is part of the housing crisis in Aus right now, they’re likely their but get snatched up quickly

Not sure what your budget is but much of the new developments have been concentrated in the areas of Newstead, South Brisbane / West End, Fortitude Valley / Bowen Hills (King Street area), Kangaroo Point and Woolloongabba ("South City Square" Development). If you are looking for higher end with amazing amenities and rooftop facilities look up "ARIA LIVING" they have developed many new stunning buildings over recent years that have reshaped apartment living in Brisbane. They are priced higher for Brisbane but in my opinion still priced comparatively affordable for what you get compared to other larger cities.

When windows closed not at all (so never in the bedrooms as there are no windows there) with windows open a little in the background but don't notice it much 😊

@@drsurinataneja I guess we do get used to background noise. No windows in the bedroom?? I love the park near there too. I used to live near Storey Bridge.
