I would find the story somewhat more believable if they were told by the venue staff informing that 2 of them weren't on the guest list and James blocked them

As a mother I can totally understand why she still has hope. I can see why she did it. I just don’t understand why he felt the need to be that nasty. Once again you can dictate who you want to invite but doing it when it would give the max hurt is just nasty. She has to understand that as a mother too you absolutely can’t reward bad behavior.

Very good job dudes and well done and happy Juneteenth!! Congratulations 999.80% yo throughout the 4th sizzling week of said joyous June. Just winning a judgment wouldn't be the end in many cases. A determined piece of garbage would file an appeal and tie up those two in the appellate process for years to come until they gave up trying to obtain their money back and even have to pay THEM for their costs of appealing the trial court judgment.

It was wrong in her sister to reset her wedding date on the date of her sister’s graduation. She did it on purpose. For her mother to say graduation day wasn’t important, is a horrible mother. She doesn’t deserve any children. The others had their graduation so why is it not important. U work hard getting your grades to graduate so yes it’s an important day.

Stop having two sides starts to the same story. First you had them arrive and the brother interrupts his sister. Then a few seconds later same scene only now the wife is talking

I am not sure your plan would work. In most states when you file an appeal where a monetary reward has been obtained. The one who lost still has to the judgement before an appeal would even be argued. It will be paid to the winner with interest if the appeal was not won.

@@jharris3267 The amount of the trial judgment or at least a percentage thereof would be placed in escrow with the trial court clerk while the appeal was pending. Not sure which of those two is the case in my state (New York) I believe it's any percentage of the trial court judgment in the Appellate Division's discretion or at least the motions justice's order subject to review by the five justice merits panel. And any loss before the Appellate Division of Supreme Court would go to the Court of Appeals (our name of our state highest court, Supreme Court is the main general trial court here, screwed up arrangement I know.) And another way out at least here in America from having to pay: declaring voluntary bankruptcy. A bankruptcy petition in US Bankruptcy Court for the federal district the case is located (for me it'd be the Northern District of New York, Albany Division) would under the Bankruptcy Code impose an automatic stay of any and all state and federal court judgments for monetary collections of damages awards, within several exceptions it'd take a long while to list. In short it'd take several months to a year to either show the bankruptcy petition itself is fraudulent attempt to dodge debts not dischargeable by bankruptcy law or show why the bankruptcy should not be allowed and basically use the federal bankruptcy laws to screw them out of their debts they feel they are owed. They can motion the bankruptcy judge to lift the automatic stay on their judgment but it's a hard thing to accomplish. Sorry about the long ramble, just trying to explain my thinking thoroughly so no mistakes are made.

While you are a great narrator, I would give you a couple tips. The first, you use the word "Palpable" in EVERY story you read. It's come to a point where I cringe everytime I hear you say it. There are so very many words you could replace it with. For example, " Perceptible, visible, open, arresting, blatant, solid, concrete, noticeable....etc." 2nd, your voice can be quite monotone. If you added just a bit if emotion to what the characters your reading for say, the story would be so much more engaging!! You have a gift, and with just a couple changes.....you would have an even greater following.
