I think people really buy the followers because if you appear that you have followers then the real people will see that and then follow you and support what your doing. If you have 100 followers, then no one will follow you. They look at your stories but never follow or support until they see many other follow.

That's a common strategy, and it's a very bad idea to "fake it until you make it". It hurts you in the long run.

Could buying fake followers be beneficial for a new business? So instead of having zero they’d have 1000 and look more reputable right away?

I would say at least grow your account at least 1-300 real followers then purchase a small amount you gotta be realistic with it you know ?

I just started a new business. I want to cold dm potential clients from my business instagram account. That's the only reason I thought of buying ig followers. I'm not gonna create post for entertainment, I'll just post about my marketing services. Wouldn't it make sense that I don't dm the other businesses with my less than 10 followers? what do you mean by "damage your account?"

Here's an excerpt straight from Instagram's community guidelines. I'll let you decide. "Help us stay spam-free by not artificially collecting likes, followers, or shares, posting repetitive comments or content, or repeatedly contacting people for commercial purposes without their consent. Don’t offer money or giveaways of money in exchange for likes, followers, comments or other engagement. Don’t post content that engages in, promotes, encourages, facilitates, or admits to the offering, solicitation or trade of fake and misleading user reviews or ratings."

It takes a lot for Instagram to suspend someone for buying followers. If you were to buy fake followers for someone else, there are usually ways to combat it (going private, verified members can open a support ticket to report it, etc). Even if Instagram doesn't ban you for something, it's still not good practice to do it if it clearly goes against their terms of service.

Yes the followers get delivered in under an hour, if you lose the account from where you purchased followers from Buzzoid they will also give you free followers if you email there support, I lost my acc at 10K and they offered to give me a free 4K followers on my next purchase

I don't thinl its bad buying followers if you don't plan content creating, is like buying a flashy expensive shirt just to look cooler nothing bad at all. If im honest it makes you seem more interesting in the eyes of other people, not syaing its right hate the game not the player

They suggest in their terms of service that they will suspend/remove/ban accounts that do this, yes.

Fake followers are pretty explicitly against Instagram's terms of service, so they have reason to take action against your account if they suspect your abusing fake follower, likes, and comment services.
