Adrienne your journey to motherhood resembles mine from over 30 years ago. Doctors told me I did not ovulate and would not be able to conceive without medical intervention and fertility drugs. None of that worked and we could not afford IVF. I cried so many tears. Attended so many baby showers and trying to share my friends joy. Finally I gave it over to God again but this time for good never to pick it up again. God spoke and said I'd conceive a son and to name him Samuel. 3 years after that word I conceived and Samuel was born. 15 months later Anthony was born. They are 30 and 29. I call the Promises 1 and 2 because everyday I look at them I'm reminded God always keeps His word. Always. God bless you and your beautiful family.

You are such blessed ones! I had fertility issues myself. I couldnt afford any of those invasive procedures like iui or ivf so I had all but given up on ever becoming a mother. But at 35, God saw fit to bless me with a daughter. Then I had get another surprise gift from above with my second one, 18 months apart. They are the most beautiful, amazing blessings and the phrase bursting with gratitude is correct!

You know the ornament tradition my mother-in-law has gotten us one me and my children and my husband each we all get our own every year we've been together 10 years now so we've gotten 10 ornaments we have three kids together I have two he has one none together but his kids are my kids my kids are his kids I always look forward to seeing what my ornament is going to be that year my mother-in-law puts so much effort into him and I absolutely love them I love the memories attached to them every year it's just a really cool tradition it really is I hope my kids continue it

My mom did the same, every year my sister and I got a new Christmas ornament to hang in the tree. When I got engaged and my husband and I moved into our home December of 2018, she handed me a bag full of my childhood ornaments for my family tree.
