Suggestion!!! Keeep a pair or two of gym shoes that you keep in the gym and never wear outside!! May keep your floor cleaner 🙌🏼🤷🏼♀️

Unfortunately I only live in an apartment at the moment. But I bought a nordicktrack bike and a bunch of Suzie bands and that alone has been great!

As someone who sells commercial fitness equipment I really love/appreciate the points made in this video! Especially on the flooring.. clients always want black flooring and it literally shows every piece of dust and dirt!! Love that you shared all this! When lockdown happened, we invested in a rogue rack, bar, and plates too and having access to do basic compound lifts saved my mental health during this time. I know it’s not feasible for all to do it, so I am in so much gratitude for the ability and opportunity. We are looking to get a cable machine in the further future so I love the recommendation

My partner and I have had that cable machine for a year and a half or so now, and it's truly amazing! I'm pretty sure the booklet that comes with it has how to connect the smith machine :)

When I bought the home I waited 2 years to re-do the backyard and build the gym! Then set my budget and found contractors that could make it work. I definitely would’ve gone bigger with the gym but had to downsize it to fit my budget 🥲

Hey girl! Worked at a gym while I was college. We used a cup of white vinegar and a bucket of HOT water to clean our black mats. You’ll have to use much less! Maybe a 1/4 cup of white vinegar 🤷🏻♀️ Also, use a microfiber mop. Gotta allow an hour to dry though! Hope that helps! ❤️

For cleaning, what about having new gym shoes waiting inside the gym and you only enter the gym with socks and then only wear the new gym shoes. That may cut back on the dirt a bit and require less cleaning.

I follow this cleaning page on Instagram, and she cleans her home gym floors with a teaspoon of tide, 1/3 cup of bleach, hot water, and a spin mop!! She says the bleach is not enough to mess up the rubber. Also, your home gym is goals!!! 🥰🤩 Love it
