My Covid-19 Experience

I experienced COVID last week (March 27-April6,2021)
I only felt Mild symptoms like Headache, loss of smell and taste and thank god i did not exprience having high fever and difficulty in breathing.
After knowing that i'm a covid positive i'm scared and i don't know what to do but with the help of people around me my friends and my family i will survive this virus and never let them down💪
I continued practising breathing exercises for recovery (Suob/kulob), drinking lemon with honey and eating healthy foods and other healthy percautions so that the virus will leave me👊
I had confidence in my body's abilities, embracing everything. I knew that on some level it's me who decided to acquire this sickness and it's up to me to learn and let go.
Three days later, i didn't feel any symptoms. PraiseGod🙏
Overall. I think for most of the young people with decent immunity it's not a big deal, What helps is staying healthy- physically and mentally with strong immunity and mind, it's easier to deal with ANYTHING and ofcourse with the help of our GOD ALMIGHTY.
NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE❤️
Whether it's an emotional issue,covid or something else whatever lesson that you decided to go through😊
For the older generation, it's different. But the essence is the same,strong mind and body are useful at any age. I hope that as humanity we'll learn our lessons and we'll be able to let it go, the need of COVID🙏
