I highly recommend getting Better World Club roadside assistance for the bike. I had gotten a flat on my Revv 1 and they picked up my bike and me to my house. Works in all 50 states, only $41 bucks a year and available 24/7.

i wonder if they have available people quick at 1am which is when i normally ride. uber came within 15mins and took me home. i lost a full hour but not bad and only 12bucks

@@MrCentralDriverUnfortunately, not all Uber drivers are willing to do that though. It took about 20-30mins for them to send someone out to me. It was around 2 am when I got the flat. Not sure how it be anywhere else, so it might depend.

I got stranded once 40 miles away from home because my Honda PCX 150 scooter had a nasty defect with the ignition system where the battery would drain if you put the kickstand down before turning off the engine. After an hour trying to get some help a old guy in a hole in the wall mechanic shop lent me his jumper unit. Was relieved beyond belief when it started up.

Same thing happened to my 3000 watt nbpower kit on my X Class. The rear brake rotor screws came loose (even with blue loctite), and cut the phase wires 3 miles from my house. I had to buy a brand new rear wheel because there wasn't enough wire left to even use to repair. I feel your pain bro. Another $700 into my X Class with a new rear wheel.

Loose screws yeah that can put a dent in your situation when I pulled the rim off of my new bike one of the screws that locks the wheel in place was loose so I will take every screw that's going to be permanent and put red loctite and to get them off you just put a little heat on them and they come right out

Ok so the lessons for this scenrio, bring a few tools / tire patch kit. Take 5-10min double check essential bolts,nuts cables & wire connectors. b4 leaving &returning on a commute, b easy glad you & your bike r good 😀👍✌

I have a Spark Bandit, my next e-bike is going to be lighter, more stealth and something I can pedal if the motor or battery dies. Moped style ebikes are cool but are limited to what they can do.

I think you can just go on E-street bikes and get a new stator for the 5k watt motor. It has a new set of phase wiress. You will save instead of buying a whole new motor.

I had this same issue with the stock at it snagged my motor cable before getting to work😮 I've been on standby with my R1 for 6 months. Warranty ran out while they were helping me with the problem. They sent me a new hub+motor to see if it helped out but the one they sent me was still giving me an error code when connected. Just waiting to see wether or not I want to invest into the new model or work on the current one I have

Not too long ago I noticed that Uber has different vehicles because sometimes you have a different situation I see they have Vans and smaller cars to hold a lot of luggage but it's late at night and also that is not exactly a bicycle if you compare the two so you would need a lot of room and my aerial Ryder grizzly would not fit in a small car I would need a van

You can solder new wires pretty easy or go to risun motors they have great prices on motors I just ordered a 5k from them for under 300 and it's the same as NB power motor try also sell QS motors but email them and tell Jason I sent you

Your super73 battery went into sleep mode from letting the voltage drop below the BMS set point. It happens when you don’t keep the battery charged up or something is left on draining it when stored. the battery cells are problably good. just need to bypass bms

bypass BMS to get it charging back up. Then you wont need to keep bypassed once its charged up

it's not that. i have 2 batteries connected from different companies and with the charger connected it will show 84v on the display. once throttled it will drain to 0 and turn off.

Amazon is not a good place to get battery's bro. That's the one thing you don't wanna cheap out on just look up lithium battery fire or e-bike fire you can spray it with a water hose 1 foot away and it won't go out not to mention the toxic fumes. It can burn down your garage/house charging as well.

I get the unit power pack batteries from Amazon. The shark tank ones. Not a custom build battery that will handle tons of power.

@@MrCentralDriver Be careful with Unit Pack Power. I believe they got banned from Europe and possibly other places because their batteries caught fire aswell as shady practices. A KZfaqr named Louis Rossmann made a video about his experience with them.

screws came out, huh? Yep, typically made in China. At this point I always recommend to do a checkup and use super heavy loctite before these vehicles completely break apart, lol. Watch it. Quality at best 😋

Your Super73 is behaving how my bike was. Had to take it to someone familiar with batteries to open the battery pack. he saw that one of the wires to the bms had broken off so you couldn't charge the battery, and when you plug in the charger to the bike the power is going directly to the bike without going through the battery.

@Jujubees225 out was literally just a single wire that needed to be resoldered but you need new shrink wrapping etc just from opening up the battery pack. It was a local guy that charged per hour so whoever you can find really. Minimum of 1hr work

If you looked deeply into Chinese manufacturing processes you will see that anything electrical they manufacture they build everything from used parts that they pull out of junked computers and appliances and put directly into you ebike

You need fewer bikes and do more work on the ones you have. I have a new bike out of the box and I don't trust it. Replacing the motor cable is not that hard. On the Super 73 its time to break out the VOM.

Ride1Up's quality control is real bad. The portola has fallen apart and I've had to get the DOJ & FTC involved to get any response from Benito & Daniel. Be careful with their stuff

@MrCentralDriver it was for me too. For about 100 miles then the star nut burst and then 200 miles on the rear brake pad a leak at the caliper. Then the bottom bearing cup popped out at 300. Then the front brake needed bleed. I've been a ride 1up fan for years but with how they've been treating me with the portola, I'd avoid tf out of them. Worked on around 20 of their ebikes and that portola has been something else.
