I began using lityleextra reactivate hair growth serum which has rosemary because my hair had been rapidly falling out as a result of stress and similar reasons. I was actually simply looking for something to try, so this had been suggested, so I went for it. Inside a few days, I myself noticed considerably less hair loss when I brush my hair. I additionally spotted where I began getting patches of loss, there had been new growth. It actually irritate my skin a bit right on the forehead hairline, therefore I use a band to avoid it from running down whilst also maintaining the head tilted back during application. The irritation went away and hasn't returned, so if your skin is sensitive or only to be careful, I advice a hairband to prevent it from running down to your skin. Overall, I'm so satisfied with this serum and can continue to use.

Some years back I got my hair braided at a African salon here in the U.S. I remember asking the braider not to braid too tight... she said ok. I got the style done and was out in a good amount of time🙂... about an hour later here comes the pain.... no matter what I put on my scalp nothing helped to relieve the tightness.. in less than a week I had to remove them. My hair got severely damaged and took a while to regrow😞..lesson learned, never again.

I have naturally fine/thin hair with recent development of widows peaks at the front edge of each side. I recently started using this product (1 week ago) to increase volume, and I was very skeptical. Basically, in my opinion, any product that purports to add volume to your strands can only be a temporary fix. In other words, hair is dead; so you cannot add permanent thickness/volume to already existing strands (after washing the effect will disappear and require reapplication to see results). Well, upon first use of The Ordinary Hair Serum, my hair volume did increase, but I don't expect permanent results. And, since it isn't marketed for hair growth, I have no expectation in that regard; although it does contain some excellent ingredients, such as caffeine and biotin which aid in hair growth. So, it MAY be beneficial for growth, but again, that is not its purpose.

Laila, I am sorry about your edges that’s the last thing you need. I am going to be trying this product with you because the left side of my hair doesn’t grow at the same rate as my right. So I want to see what I can do to help it.

I have the same style of braids just like you initially did love. My hair is currently 3 weeks old. I'm thinking of letting it stay for 3 more weeks despite and sad edges 😭 I paid a lot okay ! 🤣 That different braid style is the worst no lie.

Be very clear that you don’t want it too tight because it will break your hair. Keep reminding them even if they think it’s annoying. I did that when I visited Nigeria. It annoyed her lol but I still had my hair when I took down the braids

I’ve worn braids (with extensions) only four times in my life. The last time was because I was having surgery on my wrist and wouldn’t be able to comb my hair for a while. I went to a braid shop (Annette’s in Los Angeles) because my previous braider, who was excellent, moved away. Anyway . . . they braided my hair SOOO tightly! I complained but they insisted it was necessary. Normally I would have walked out, but I didn’t know anyone else who could braid my hair on such short notice as I was due for surgery in a day or two. I had more pain from the braids than from the operation. I took my pain meds mostly because of my darn scalp! Afterward, I could have sworn my edges were slightly compromised. That was 2012. My edges look normal now. I don’t think I will ever get braids again. If I must because of a similar situation, I will do my research before choosing a braider.

Hi Laila. I'm recovering from hair loss due to anemia. My iron is all good now (thanks NHS!) but my edges and crown need extra help growing back in. I've just started using the serum myself. It causes a little build up/dryness on my scalp because I only wash my hair it once a week, but I'm persisting with it. Looking forward to seeing your progress.

@@missCleo01Sorry to hear about your anemia. I finally had the underlying issue fixed. This time last year I had a op to remove uterine fibroids that were causing years of heavy bleeding and finally my iron levels normalised. Good luck with your treatment.

@@Wendy_Bee thank you so much for your response, I need to push them to look into my issue as well because a few years ago I was told that I have got uterine fibroids however, my periods are always normal !! I have been anemic since I was in high school and now am 42 and am tired of this condition. Stay safe sis xx
