Earth Day April 2024 electric scooter ride.
-beautiful 60 degrees spring time weather
-riding, through Skokie Lagoon Trails heading north bound to Northbrook, IL
-testing the reliability and fun on the G1 electric scooter.
-check out those beautiful young dears (startled at first but watches me cautiously as I pass n wave them bye)
-educated by a very nice Illinois State Forrest Patrol Officer about pev laws and the grey areas they experience.. oops
-the G1 and i rode off a bit slow and low but pick up our joy and speed at end.. Yes God! :)

I ride my Kaabo Wolf King on bike trails in CA and ride by Park Rangers , they never stopped me or told me e scooters were not allowed, I see lots of PEVs on trails in California.

Thanks for your comment.. you are surely blessed in the electric scooter world! Thank God they (LAW SYSTEMS) don’t bother y’all in the CA down there.. respect others where ever we ride and stay safe always! :)

Yes.. but for me I learned about him and what they (LAW Systems) plan to hit us with taxes again! So maybe not a waste.. lol. :) Ride safe and don’t let get you off guard!

What was accomplished here? You were going really slow around pedestrians, being careful… did some Karen rat on you or was the officer drawn to you bu your full safety equipment? Who knows 🤷🏻‍♂️, but I saw no wrong doing that would legitimately prevent you from enjoying the trail and the sight viewing 😒

He waited me out to tell me the law like he was suppose to do I guess! I promote riding safe and careful approach using these “newer manmade transportation tools”, I was shaken up a bit during confrontation but he was very very cool/nice to me at the time. He could of did something with his trained twitch fingers lol Be careful and respect life and others with these machines y’all cause they coming back re tax us with legislations laws! :)
