I don't know why people make fun of him pronouncing his name (according to his people). For me, it's mesmerizing knowing how it is pronounced. It's a language that I've never learn and knowing how to pronounce that deity name is amazing. I mean, I'm kind off interested on the folklore about that deity because of that.

The way Namor speaks about his mother just makes me want to know more about him, how he ended up as Kukulkan, the enemies he made, this potrayal of the Sub Mariner is truly riveting.
@NarasimhaDiyasena
@NarasimhaDiyasena Жыл бұрын
This is a Easter egg relating to the Occult. Kukukan is the Generalized MesoAmerican name. The Aztecs call him Quetzalcoatl. The early Maya referred to him by his oldest name being Jehuti, which is the originally name of ‘Teotihaucan’. Teotihuacan meaning City of the Gods, Jehutihuacan meaning City of Jehuti, where one goes to attain Wisdom. Jehuti itself is a translation of Dejuthi, the Great Priest to the Temple of Light on the island of Udhal, holding the title of ‘The Holiest of the Holies’ (THOTH). This was during the age of the Late Pleistocene when the World was Atlan’s, hence why it was called Atlantis (meaning It is Atlan’s). The term Atlantean refers to the people of Atlantis, used similarly to Victorian. The Victorian peoples of Queen Victoria who lived during the Victorian Age. The Atlantean peoples of King Atlan who lived during the Atlantean Age. Dejuthi presided over the Younger Dryas Impact (12,996yrs ago) which caused Atlantis (Earth) to ‘fall’, a collapse in the civilization and the age. The YDI was brutal, a multi comet impact that would continue for a 2,000 year period, occuring the same time the Magnetic Polar Reversal occurred. This led to cataclysms from Rapid Tectonic Collision along with the collapse of the Atlantic Ridge where the Islands of Atala which stretch from Iceland to Antartica existed. Two island continents existed, on this ridge, the one in the North Atlantic being Atala the mountain peaks of which we now call the Azores. The one in the South Atlantic being Ethiopia, the mountain peaks which we now call Triste De Cunha. Prior to British revisionism, the South Atlantic was referred to as the Ethiopicum Mare (Latin) for Ethiopian Ocean. The surviving inhabitants of this region migrated to East Africa following the end of the cataclysm, resulting in East Africa getting its name and why an ethnic grouping of the diverse Ethiopians of today look very different compared to the rest of Africans. Before Dejuthi became Jehuti to the Maya in the lands of Amaruca (Plummed Serpents (Allegory)), he took point in the post Younger Dryas Impact Resettlement and established Egypt. There he was known as Kahowthi and held the title of THOTH, represented with the Ibis meaning Wisdom. As the THOTH of Egypt, Dejuthi was tasked in doing a complete restart from scratch of the civilization. It is here that the apex species and group Dejuthi came from in the Pliestocene, being those called ‘Cro Magnon’ by the Anthropology department, took on the administrative role for development. They are remembered as the Gods of Egypt and by extension Gods of all ‘myth’ and Angels of religion. In Indo-European they are referred to as the Asura (Sanskrit) used interchangeably with Ahura (Avestan) later becoming Asera (Slavic) and then Æsir (Norse Germanic). In Greece they are known as the Titans, and in Egypt they are known as the Jsw later Anglicized to Isu which Microsoft uses in Halo and Ubisoft uses in Assassins Creed. They are referred to as Arya (Sanskrit) which translated to Arios in Greek and Airyan (Avestan). It is from Airyan where Aryan (English) comes from. All who posses the ‘HG “R” (Y-DNA)’ and ‘HG “X” (mtDNA)’ as well as the RH- Blood Type (Golden Blood) descend from them. The elitist caste of our society descend from the elitist caste of their society. Additionally, you’ll notice that when Namor flies, this refers to Hermes the Messenger God in Greek known as Mercury in Roman whose image you can still find in older 10 cents. Hermes is the Greek version of Dejuthi, and when this was realized by the Greeks they conjoined him with THOTH resulting in an amalgamation of Hermes Trismigestus from which the Hermetica comes. Bonus: the Freemasonry is a composition of Mystery Schools which were established in Egypt under the direction of Dejuthi to preserve and convey the esoteric wisdoms which survived Atlantis. The Pharoahs were tasked with continuing this, hence why the title of THOTH was vested into them. Thoth later became Thuth due to accents, and attributed to names of Pharoahs such as Thuthmose, whom is the grandfather of Akhenaten (Atenmose) whom the Jews call Moses. If you would like to know more about this subject, then I recommend you visit ‘Robert Sepehr’ youtube can where he provides presentations on occult history and mystery. Furthermore I recommend reading this book ‘Ancient History, or, Annals of Kentucky’ which details the post impact migration patterns into the Americas. The term America is etymologically derived from Amaruca, a Peruvian name used in reference to the Plummed Seperents I mentioned earlier which is an allegory to the Kundalini that is sexual energy. Amaruca has various translations being Land/Heaven/Energy of the Plummed Serpents: books.google.com/books/about/Ancient_History_Or_Annals_of_Kentucky.html?id=YStOAAAAYAAJ&printsec=frontcover&source=kp_read_button&hl=en&newbks=1&newbks_redir=0&gboemv=1&ovdme=1#v=onepage&q&f=false

@@NarasimhaDiyasena This is fascinating but you lost me at the end. America is *not* derived from "Amaruca" but rather "Americus", the Latinized name of Amerigo Vespucci, He was an Italian explorer, navigator, and cartographer who operated on behalf of Spain and Portugal for a series of voyages to explore the continents discovered one decade earlier by Christopher Columbus. Columbus mistakenly thought he landed in Asia, but it was Vespucci's voyages and published booklets that raised awareness to these "new" continents. There's some debate about how many voyages he actually conducted, and whether he was the one that actually wrote the booklets, but either way his name is the one that survived the test of time. There's also alternative theories about the origin of the term "America", but there's no known evidence to support those ideas.

For me the feather make zero sense for a race that is supposed to live in the ocean and breath water. Long time comic book readers expect Namor to be a certain way and this is to far removed from the 80 year old comic book version. It looks like Disney still hasen't leanred splitting the fanbase is bad for business.

@@dlderr If you look a little about the Mayan civilization you can find that in addition to being an amazing civilization with amazing advances, it was a civilization that disappeared without leaving many clues, some historians believe that they went to live in the sea and that they probably converted to the Atlanteans, There are many theories about it, so it would make sense if we see it that way.

I almost feel like presented with Namor's reasoning, that had Tchalla been alive he might have discussed with him and prevented war diplomatically. Shuri and the queen, being defensive primarily suspicious were offensive to their neighbor. It seems Shuri might have pushed them into conflict, by being overly suspicious. For example: Namor: "Is Wakanda an ally or Enemy?" Shuri: "Come and find out." These could be trailer edits, but to me this movie ironically paints the overall best reason why Tchalla is still needed and should not have been removed from the MCU. Tchalla alone represents the reasoning voice of royal diplomacy for Superheroes in Marvel. He always has presented a different outlook on outside conflicts by being king. That reasoning leadership is what the MCU is going to need now that Cap is gone.

@@Spino-hx2mr You can age Tchalla up ten years, get another actor to portray him in a different time in his life. Married to Storm a seasoned King. Its like James Bond a new iteration can be done. Just like they have done Spiderman, Batman. Remember Heath Ledger and the Joker?? Come on. It just needed time to heal and breathe. This is not honoring. Its kinda exploitative of a real man's tragedy. Marvel is either lazy or deliberate. I choose the latter.

It took a black man to write this indigenous Mesoamerican representation into cinema history. Making Namor Indigenous Mexican with dark skin was Ryan Coogler's idea and creative perspective based on his social justice world view. Just remember that the next time a Mexican calls a black person a changito or a mayate. Afro Latino so I know the anti blackness in this community. You won't see this kind of representation on Spanish telenovelas or with any of the Mexican directors who have NEVER put on dark skinned Mexicans.
