Dude I love you. You have no idea how much this means to me personally and how many people you are effecting and inspiring. I'm 25, just got my first drum set, and cant believe I haven't been doing this my whole life. Your passion for helping others is literally giving me a purpose in life! P.S. I've been listening to your music since the blank space cover came out and it was until today that I realized who you were and that you were the drummer for I Prevail. you inspire me so much! i love drumming and i'm learning drum through your youtube lessons. but sadly, i'm living in a country that musicians are not very successful, my parents don't really want me to follow this passion. It hasn't been long since I started watching you but even from just this video alone, you inspired me. I'm 15 years old, started playing drums at 12 and I always thought of it as a hobby. I've only been following you for about a year, but in that time I have learned so much from you and have also watched you grow. Every new video you put out it's better than the last. I'm super stoked and proud that you are nominated for two grammys. I didn't know about I Prevail until you mentioned it, and now every time your songs come on the radio I turn it up all the way and picture you playing. In a way, it feels like I know you and I even tell people, hey, I know that dude on the drums!

Hi Gabe.........I started drumming at the age of 56. I always focused on drummers anytime there was live music in spite of the fact I was classically trained on the piano. I spent a lot of time trying to find drummers that I could trust to teach the right things on KZfaq. The masters are the masters but a teacher who can drum and teach at the same time.......is rare. I love both you and Adam..........you guys are excellent teachers, and I have learned much from you both!! Keep up the great work........you guys have a special talent don’t ever forget that!!

I can't tell you how much each of your video motivates me to get behind the kit, get better.... In last 3 years I've been following you I've seen you break through the roof with all the lessons and tours , vlogs, endorsement s I turned 26 today, just started getting professional lessons 6 months back, have invested almost 250k(INR ~ 3500 USD) in gear and lessons and am continuing to push my selves through all of it... And probably will find good musicians to work with and start "touring" locally... It just is so crazy to see what all can happen if honest effort is put into it Thanks for sharing your journey ❣️ All the best for the Grammys 🤘

Like I said before your the truth definition of “follow your dreams” 1st video I saw was you setting up/playing your drums in the middle of a park under the hot sun. And later playing a gig for a church. From that video to meeting and chatting with in Wichita ks. Makes me feel like we been friends for a long time!
