I always felt not all Swarovski designs are as beautiful, or enough beautiful to pay for them

Wow really gorgeous collection. I got my first Swarovski pieces for my wedding last year. Ever since then I have been such a fan. I love love their new pieces the crystal wishes and the crystal dust. I haven't had any trouble with their pieces. I think most trouble people experience is because of lack of care. I've also had good customer service from Swarovski and I can't tell you how many compliments I get on their pieces.

That is a lot of bling :) I only have 2 necklaces, and the one I always wear just broke and fell of of me. But we are going to the Danish Championship in Pole Dance on Saturday, and I just finished decorating our costumes with Swarovski stones (hot melt), so now we have fabulous costumes to wear for the competition :) You have a great weekend. Hi! I love your collection. I had to do a search on Swarovski because I am fairly new to it. My husband got me a bracelett as a gift. :) I wear it daily but I don't think I will wear it in the summer because I reapply sunscreen every hour or two and I don't want to ruin it. Can you share what experience you have with maintenance on Swarovski and all those leather and material pieces, how do you keep them clean when you wear them and there is the handwashing in the bathroom and such? I just discovered your channel and I love it! :) I have to ask, how were you able to obtain all these luxury accessories? I would love to have a similar collection :)

I loved your video. I love the Swarovski line for men, and I have some gorgeous bracelets and rings from that line. And even one bag charm that I use on my DG Keepall and looks great cause it has a chunky black crystal. :). I had the chance to visit Viena 3 times already and while I was there last christmas, the whole city looked gorgeous. I visited the Swarovski Viena Store and just fell in love, they have one big Store and some other little ones there but as you said the big flagship stores are to die for!!!. They had on display some ornamental Swarovski hats and masks that were just pieces of art :). Also your video made me think about my mom. She passed away 5 years ago and she was crazy about AB crystals. In that time I owned a little antiques shop, so every time I saw a brooch or necklace with aurora borealis stones I just had to keep it for her and her face was like a child !!! haha. So cute. I like the fact that you do the same with your mom. Love your videos, I haven't uploaded any video recently but I have some new LV pieces and I should make a video showing my Swarovski pieces as well, I loved loved your video!. Great video! I work for Swarovski. I have never seen someone bring in a slake bracelet with crystals that have fallen off....sometimes crystals fall out of our other jewelry pieces due to manufacturing defect or if you get it wet or get perfume or chemicals on it (we use a special clear glue for our crystals which can be affected by too much water exposure. I own a ton of slakes myself ☺️ by the way the material it is made out of is called Alcantra, a type of microfibre so it is stain resistant

Have you had any stones fall out of your earrings? I dropped one a few days ago after only having them for a week and the stone popped out. I'm so disappointed.

I used to love swarovski. My dad used to buy things for me and my mom and sister but I don't want any more after repeated bad experiences. Customer care is below what you'd expect for a brand like this. Two beautiful pieces that I have I can no longer wear. One of them was exchange because it was faulty and stones fell off, but I didn't get a receipt for the exchange so now it looks like it might lose crystals again so I end up not using it. Also a pair of earrings I love are now looking like rubbish after some pretty normal use. And a silver chain's clasp part looks so gross now. :( I always take my jewellery off, store it in a proper box and tuck it away inside my jewellery box, so either I'm super unlucky or the quality of swarovski silver and handwork just isn't decent. -.- still wear some items but yeah. Keep expecting them to burst into flames or something.
