My grandmother specialized in collecting antiques and I remember looking in her glass cabinet filled with Swarovski figures. I would sit in front of the cabinet for hours staring at all the figures. It’s as if I was a trance and I still remember this very vividly . Something about these figures is very whimsical and enchanting.

Omg there all so beautiful but girl do your self a favor find a way to save them during a earthquake or put putty or something because I had a small collection my self and u live near where I live well during a earthquake I had my moon and star ones hanging and they were swinging so much they crashed into each other and chip in another earthquake my display came off the shelf and broke on the floor the others that were hanging crash into the wall and broke so bad it is awful I loved them so much

I absolutely love these:) fun fact: my grandfather would buy my grandmother one every year for Christmas and then when he passed my father continued on the tradition and then my father passed and now I’m trying to keep the tradition going but they are absolutely GORGEOUS 🖤🥰😍

She’s an independent woman who has earned a living for herself like millions of other women? Just because she’s ‘alone’ or doesn’t have a partner doesn’t mean she can’t do all this by herself. She doesn’t need a partner to have money. She can support herself financially, just like most adults. Just because she’s a woman it doesn’t change that??? You’re being a bit sexist.

My dad used to travel A LOT for work and used to bring my mom these Swarovski crystals after every trip 🥺 She has them all on display. Mostly animal shaped!

Hi Amber 2 years ago my grandpa died and Christmas was his very favourite time of the year. I really am not in a good mental state as the holidays are always rough. My grandpa had a giant collection of crystals that my mother always brings out at Christmas time and your collection reminds me of him. I’m kinda having a love/hate relationship with Swarovski lately. I love their crystal figurines and jewellery. But Swarovski has also a big department dedicated to diy stuff with beads, cabochons and gem stones. They chose to let go off that segment -well knowing that they are unmatched in the quality of gemstones and glass beads- and instead they want to provide those beads only to high end brands like Gucci and LV - so that they can ‘elevate’ the perception of their brand. I hate them for killing all the local bead stores that sell those diy products and for example nail artists that won’t be able to use their products anymore....

At this point I’m not sure if a petition could solve the thing. Swarovski is a family owned business which was having huge problems the past few years due to nearly every family member being involved in the business.. They really said let’s cut off that segment but let’s make it high brands only can get it Maybe there will follow other companies trying to recreate something similar. But we all know that nobody really has ever reached their quality and who know how long it will take them to reach that..

I love random collectable things its so fun as a kid growing up and seeing this sort of stuff, it makes me warm inside. Theyre such nice memories to have. Kids can get the latest phones but these sort of things leave fond memories

I L O V E your collection!! I collect Lenox Christmas ornaments. My mother has bought me an ornament a year on my twenties (I’m 49 in two weeks from Christmas) and since she’s bought me three a year. I can pretty much fill a Christmas tree with them. Hope you have a Merry Christmas Amber 🎄🎅🏼❄️
