Hi!!! thank you for joining me again. In this video I will walk you through three ways of varnishing to get a clean paper bead. I wont be using varnish to illustrate the results from the different ways rather I will show you the results I get after varnishing. But in this video, you can watch the way I varnish my paper beads.

Use some petroleum gel called Vasoline or a little cooking oil to add to your toothpicks before you stick your paper beads. So your beads don't get stuck to the toothpicks.

do you have any tips on how to prevent varnish from cracking? I see tiny cracks on my beads and i can't figure out why it happens its so frustrating😞 I use acrylic varnish very similar to yours..

I don’t know if it’s the same cracking I got some time back but the cause was the glue. I used a different glue to finish a different paper texture and the bead had small cracks but when I changed the glue the next time the bead came out perfect after varnishing.
