This is an excellent movie. I watched this many many years ago, and it's still one of the best family movies out there. It goes over 3 generations and tells so many different stories in one movie. It's a great film. I wonder if it has been re-released in DVD or Blu-ray.

My all time favorite movie. I watched it 2x at the movies when it came out, the 2nd time is because I took my cousin to watch it because I thought it was so good. I've watched it at least 5 more times since. I've watched it with my sons and they love it too. It has so many ups and downs, so much that you can relate to. Great movie

I worked for a video rental store that had this trailer on an in-store promo reel, so I saw the trailer dozens of times back in the day, but never the full movie. Is the narration taken from the film, or was it recorded/edited specifically for the trailer?

@@luisehollowell8651 I recognized Don's voice, he's pretty unmistakeable - I daresay "iconic", even though the word is overused. I meant the "first person" spoken part at the beginning in Edward James Olmos' voice. I'm guessing that's directly lifted from the movie?
