*The Moho Team was one of the teams involved in the movie. All the work here contains art from other teams. Many of the animation you see here, like the Pikas and Crocodiles, was created by the Animation Team traditionally using TVPaint. The Moho team worked the rigs over their amazing animation.

I like the efforts of how you morphed some painted illustrations with rigging to give a 3D illusion without the use of cheap CGI. That's pure dedication.

Thanks! We were lucky to have a Moho team with very talented artists and extremely nice people from different parts of the world. Ireland, Iran, France, Cuba, Egypt, England and Chile :)

Gracias. El departamento de Moho es uno de los muchos equipos que trabajaron en la película. My father's dragon es principalmente hecho con animación tradicional, pero hay un montón de elementos de Moho a lo largo de toda la película. Muchas veces objetos, personajes, texturas, sombras, fondos o efectos interactuando con la animación tradicional. Otras muchas con escenas completamente animadas en Moho. Una de las ventajvs de Moho es que puede 'conversar' con otros departamentos (como Backgrounds, Rough animation, Cleanup, Ink&Paint, FX, Tonals, Comp, etc.) para lograr el mejor resultado posible. Entonces el equipo de Moho pudo aportar y apoyar a otros departamentos de diversas formas. La meta a la que apuntamos como equipo fue crear animación rigueada que no se distinguiera de la tradicional.
