Your style is interesting. It is very much in watercolor style. It's a blend of colors but nothing too dark that it covers the white completely.

I just got this brush yesterday. I really wanted to try it after watching your video. And I love it so much. I can do so little details and also big washes. It's already my favourite brush after only one day. But the downside is it came unglued and I also ordered the cats-tongue from this brand and it wasn't glued either so the tip was bent to a point of no return. It's really annoying. Also your drawing is amazing😍💖

I just got this sketchbook. My first with cotton paper. After seeing your video, i can’t wait to use it! Your art is amazing. Off topic: The first cotton paper i got was Bee Paper. Idk if it’s my lack of experience, but i don’t enjoy painting on it. I find that it’s a very thirsty paper and is hard to keep from getting hard edges. Its great for wet on wet, but not wet on dry. Likely due to sizing?

Hi! I was wondering about glazing on that paper. I love the results, but I see as if some layers got kinda lost or washed out? I don't know, maybe it's just an impression, I see it specially on the green shadows on her face, so I was wondering if maybe it's the paper or the watercolours that make glazing harder.

I can't paint like this to save my life. I paint in WC as if Im doing oils/acrylics. I paint with acrylics as if Im doing wc. *facePALM*

My paul rubens brushes had the same glue on the bristles. One was beyond saving and completely ruined! 😞

I really want this sketchbook but it doesn't seem to be on Amazon anymore. The US link doesn't work and when I search the closest I find is a watercolor block. Does anyone know if that's the same thing? I get the impression the pages are sealed together. Can someone please help me find this book? Thanks!!

This is not an unusual brush. This is a squirrel quill brush. It’s a type of watercolor brush. You can also have quill brushes that are taklon. But that is less common. Most squirrel brushes are shaped like this. It’s just a different type of furrule. This type of brush is usually used by traditional Watercolorist or seasoned Watercolorist because these are the brushes originally meant for watercolor. As technology advanced, we have been given more options. That are less expensive and less cruel to animals. £20 is definitely not a cheap brush. But it’s also not expensive for this type of brush. These types are brushes can easily go for $80. They are handmade by crafters that oftentimes were taught for decades to learn the craft. And is often passed down and taught in families that have practiced this for generations.
