This full body kettlebell workout is one of my all time favourites because you can smash your whole body in no time, with limited space and only one kettlebell ... what more could you ask for?
I call this one, the baby bear complex 1.0 because even though we are crawling ... our feet stay at home. There are other versions of the baby bear complex that are a little more...complex which is why this is the 1.0 version.
Typically I do this workout for 3 rounds with a 1 minute rest after the swings.
Just to spell things out for you, the moves are:
-Push up
-Row
-Curl
-Squat to press
Accumulate reps from 1 - 10
Then complete 15 swings ... then rest 1 - 2 minutes
