I live in FLA and if I ever have a tiny house I will go to the builder who built yours, even if it’s in Canada and just say I want a replica if yours. It’s the best one I’ve ever seen and I’ve been looking at videos for a very long time.

A kitchen aid is THE best investment!!

My grandmother bought me my Kitchenaid mixer probably over 20 years ago and I still have it and still use it. It is in great condition. Same with my Cuisinart food processor. Thanks for the recommendation for the small Keurig. I have a small one and hate Kcups. I need the adapter. My Vitamix came from my cousin who never used it so it was given to me for free. Thank God! I pretty much didn’t buy any of my good small appliances. 🤷🏽‍♀️😁 My son got me an air fryer for Christmas. So far I just used it for fries. Can’t wait to try more things.

I love my Vitamix’s flour canister. It can be used to easily (and inexpensively) make garbanzo bean or quinoa flour which can be helpful when eating a plant based lifestyle.

Hi from (stinking hot) Perth, Australia. Love your videos and your house. The small appliance I love is my slow cooker. Cut everything up the night before, turn it on in the morning, home from work and your meal is done - so good. We received a rice cooker for Christmas but not sure how useful it will be. That’s fantastic that there is a reusable filter for the Kuerig coffee maker! Had no idea. Will get this filter for my in-laws who have one, along with their fave coffee they use with it. They didn’t know you could get a reusable filter! And 😂 at 10:33 & 22:12 😆 Sofie never disappoints! 🥰

I went with Bosch cordless..it comes with 2 batteries. When one runs low, you just clip on the spare. That way I can vac an entire 'big' house. Less than half price of Dyson. Also bought on sale. Dyson with exchange rate this side of world was steep. Ditto! great choice of small appliances. Never thought about a kitchen aid...yet. Love my gadgets. Thank you! Ps yoghurt demo please! :)

I enjoy your videos so much. Have you considered using something like the Breville Smart Oven Air? It's multiple appliances in one: oven, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker setting, and dehydrator. People really love it for baking and cooking as it heats up so fast but it doesn't heat up the house. Although, I don't know how you could possibly get rid of that toaster. It's so cute! Thanks for letting us see your cute home and how you live!

Also, regarding your standing mixer. Have you ever seen The Pioneer Woman show? She hand painted flowers on her mixer and it's beautiful, lots of colors. She has a lot of cookbooks and even sells her kitchen ware at Walmart.

I have an air fryer too and find I have not used it much. You gave me some ideas and maybe I will dust it off and give it another whirl. I have a Keurig too. I received a nespresso virtuosoand nespresso milk frother for Christmasfrom my oldest son. Maybe I am a bit of a coffee snob but I have to say it is far superior to the keurig. LOVE!!! Like the speed of your speech and that a hearing impaired friend who reads lips can enjoy your channel, We have been an off the grid, vegan, THOW (tiny house on wheels) family for years and LOVE your channel. You do such informative topics, Instant Pot has the air fryer lid for our Instant Pot so we get double duty for less space, For coffee we use a French press, which we also use for making tea, 1-8 cups depending on our need.

I love the KitchenAid mixer for breadmaking! I use it to make brioche-like burger buns (from King Arthur website) and will never go back to store bought! Love your vids…

This was so much fun! I love anything kitchen - cooking - baking (bread stuff) related! I bought a VitaMix over 16 years ago and it is still going strong. Since previously, I was burning up a regular blender nearly yearly, the investment in the VitaMix was worth it! I did buy low profile jars (regular and grain) and the new ones are made with a better material than the original ... they haven't become "cloudy" in 2 years. I am also a long time Instant Pot user and as you said, very much appreciate that it does not add heat to the kitchen in the summer: corn on the cob, beets, potatoes ... in Summer, I will use it to make pasta for cold pasta salad and save boiling water stovetop. And Yes to my Dyson rechargeable vs a corded vacuum ... I don't have a tiny, but I have a small house with wood floors and my throw rugs are indoor/outdoor (dog, cat, wooded property). Rechargeable leads me to my own next favorite: kitchen aid rechargeable immersion blender which came with a chopper and blender jar that can be driven by the main power part and a whip attachment in addition to the blender. I am finding that the newer rechargeable "tools" have plenty of power now. I wish they would standardize on cords, though! I also have a mini-rechargeable milk frother for latte :) I love the Dyson, but it ties with my steam mop for favorite cleaning items. Steam EATS dirt and grease and very handy in tight areas. It does add some moisture though so maybe not ideal for a tiny ??? I don't like clutter and extra stuff ... when I come across something that I forgot I had, i.e. never used ... it goes to the thrift or recycler and I try to live by a 1 in/1 out rule. The rechargeable immersion blender replaced a hand mixer, small chopper and corded immersion blender!

You have such a beautiful home. My home is a bit bigger, but still small. I have the same appliances. For a review, I love my smeg toaster, I keep sliced bread in my freezer, and I put them in the toaster every morning, two slices of bread, a cup of tea and a glass of juice... Had them for 7 years now, and works perfect. I bought a smaller steel bowl to my KitchenAid, so handy instead of the big bowl, especially when you are making smaller batches of things. My Kitchen Aid mixer is 20 years old and still looks brand new but is my most used appliance especially at Christmas. Last year I bought the shredding attachment as well as the grinder and have never looked back. How cool, I almost have the all the small appliances that you talked about. I totally agree with you on them. I’ll be ordering a white Smeg Kettle soon and then I’ll be saving up for the toaster, vita mix and possibly the insta pot. We have the same taste on appliances 🙂.

Thank you for posting I was doing Vanlife, I bought a small house with a 1/4 acre yard, my house is 650 sq feet I think I will get that vacuum you have

2nd tiny house winter, hopefully next winter will be on Vancouver Island! 2ndly, people, best cream recipe ever, although highly addictive!! Funny, kindred spirits, we have all the same appliances, (Smeg on my wish list for when my toaster dies, time to step it up, getting older and now just enjoying those special investment pieces). Initial outlay is expensive, however, hands down beat all others on making my life easier. I am mostly plant based with a gluten allergy, so I make practically everything from scratch. Good appliances make life easier I find. That for the tips, tiny house or not, these are all great choices...

Still binging when I have the time ❤️ I love the splash of color in your kitchen, the curtains tie everything in… just so pretty I use my Insta pot at least three times a week, I am also plant based and I make so many meals in the Insta pot, the first few times I was scared to death to use it, but now it’s just second nature to use. love my lentil soup and also making potatoes made in the Insta pot. I agree about the vita mix and making. sauces like vegan cheese sauce etc. I know this sounds crazy but your appliances are actually pretty..😉

I owned a Panasonic microwave/convection combo oven for 10+ years. Used it to death. That might be a good option for anyone with a limited amount of space.

This was a very interesting video. I just got an Instant Pot, and I would love to see how you make some of the stuff you make, especially things like sauce using cashews. I'd like to eat more plant-based. Mine also has the yogurt maker, and I see it can make rice or soy yogurt too! My body doesn't love dairy (though I do)! LOL. I have also heard lots of people who love their air fryer, but this is the first I've heard exactly what they do - so some videos using that please!

Great video! I felt the same about an air fryer, bought the cheapest one I could find because I wasn’t sure I would use it. I love it and have hardly turned on my oven since I got the air fryer. Vitamix is probably my top small appliance as well. Also on my list is an ice cream maker. I use it so often!

I am so glad you don’t use the Kuerig k cups! I love my vitamix and kitchen aid mixer both great investments! The vitamix I use once or twice a day because I’m mostly plant based as well.
