So glad Kensi is recovering. My pregnant daughter and her husband tested positive after we were together for Thanksgiving. We were so worried about them as we all waited through our quarantine period. Thank God all symptoms have disappeared and everyone is awaiting the arrival of their son in March 2021.

Lucky you had milder symptoms. It's nasty. Worst man flu I have ever had. We had it in March and my Wife still has the Wuhan cough and still no taste or smell. Left us both shattered all the time. My nephew is an officer in the Navy, this year was the first time in 5 years that he was allowed to come home for Christmas, he got married in July, and with a Navy regulation that confines all Naval personnel to within 50 miles of base, he couldn't even come home for that, I got tested ( for the third time) thinking that I would be able to see him and his new bride, but even though I tested negative, I got told that due to another Navy reg, the only people that he could be with were my sister and brother in law, ( his wife made the mistake of going to see her parents, while she was there, a state covid contact tracker, showed up and informed them that everyone then present in the house, had to quarantine because one of her father's co-workers was hospitalized, so they didn't even get to spend their first Christmas as husband and wife together) My nephew summed up 2020 as " looking both ways before crossing the street, crossing safely, and then getting run over by a submarinel

I lost my Grandmother to cancer and then my Grandfather( her husband) to COVID within a few months of each other. This Christmas was SO much different and very hard. I am so happy for your little family and that everyone was safe! Merry Christmas Yappy Fam!

That’s awesome! More than anything doing the right thing and looking at it positively! I got ill during Thanksgiving and then got Covid and missed Christmas and New Year’s. However, being healthy and not having such symptoms makes it all worth it. Keep your head, trust me I know the feeling of missing all of them. FaceTiming and fishing videos were my best friend! Kensey I had to also get a Covid test. Mine was negative. The nurse who did my test, did each side for 10 very long seconds, then realized she used the wrong swabs and had to do it all over again. I know how you feel. I am glad you both were able to spend Christmas together.

I know how y’all feel about the Christmas situation my mom got it and left my grandparents on Christmas Eve then in the morning my dad wasn’t feel well so he left and it was just me my grandparents and uncle and aunt and cousins then I went home and just tested positive today but my mom felt like she ruined our Christmas but she didn’t and she was sad she didn’t get to spend Christmas with any of us for the first time ever. The same exact thing happened to me and my wife before Christmas. We both had it and were super lucky and blessed to spend Christmas with the fam just in time! Love watching y’all’s videos!

I am so sorry. I’ve been positive since 12/17 and am still dealing with symptoms. I’m a Grandma and missed Christmas with my children and grandkids. I missed thanksgiving as my mom passed away that day. The end of this year sucks major. I just want to get healthy and have a Christmas with my family. I had Covid during Thanksgiving! And then we couldn't have Christmas with our family because another family member got it. Be thankful you didn't have the fatigue like I did. They say it will last a few months. This was definitely a crazy holiday season. So glad Kenzie is better!! Thank you for sharing your lives with us!!

I tested positive and got out of quarantine Christmas Eve! I thought I had a cold, and only got tested as a precaution because I was supposed to be in my best friends wedding! Sadly I tested positive and couldn’t go to the wedding, but luckily I got out of quarantine just in time to spend Christmas with my family! Kensey’s test looked much more pleasant than mine lol I think the lady shoved the swab up to my brain when I got tested and it hurt sooo bad lol😂 I’m glad Kinsey got to spend Christmas Day with everybody, and didn’t have super awful symptoms!

I sincerely hope she gets better soon!
