really hard to believe when you say you enjoy the game when we see you on your stream losing your head because of the gameplay basically every WL. The gameplay is horrible most of the time even with good connection. UT itself is a fun mode but when it comes to the actual gameplay this year has been one of the worst.

Imagine if EA had actual competition to this dogshit game. They’ve been pushing people towards the store for years now with the untradeables and releasing a new EPIC GRAB BAG MEGA ORGASMO BOOOOOM 5000FP PACK every two days. Don’t even get me started on gameplay because you play someone AFK and the AI defence is genuinely better than them and thats the bottom of the list of issues, outside of UT they haven’t even bothered their ass to update career mode in about 5 years. Talk to these people in their language and keep your wallet in your pocket when FC25 drops in Sep.

If you want change, we all have to #BoycottEA. Trust me, they will try to reel you back in but stay committed. Starting EA FC 25, don't buy the game and don't watch any content.

Great that you apologized. Huge respect. The reality is that only few streamers can change the game they are playing and keep the viewers. I admit i stopped watching your streams but thats because i quit fifa completely. But if i was your sub still i would expect you to play fifa. If i wanted to watch call of duty i would watch someone else probably. Great that you are taking a stand with shareplays and stuff. But everyone must contribute to the cause in a way that its still comfortable for them. Its your job so whatever people think - you need to think about your living.

Really appreciate your honesty Fuj. I think at the very least, Nick started a movement to invoke thought and discussion. Agreed, you have to take the crap game for what it is, but never buy FC points again. Maybe everyone should change their team name to “Don’t Buy FC Points”, EA may find the team name inappropriate though.

Weren’t you doing Co-ops with Nick a while back? Imo all of the ‘bigger’ creators should be in touch in a discord for example. Anyway, great that you invested time to understand the ideas. But please keep in mind the store is not the main issue. The main issue is gameplay, 10 defenders in the box, instable menu’s, DC’s and all the mistakes..

For me it’s up to individuals. I stopped enjoying it months ago so I stopped. That’s all there is to it. Rather than a boycott I think a message of “if you’re not enjoying yourself, play something else” would be much better. I’m sure there’s a lot of people like yourself who do enjoy the game enough to keep playing. Fair play to you I say. On the other hand, some advice to those creators who say they have to play the game to pay the bills ; firstly, I think you’d be surprised how many people would love to see you try other games (being a one game streamer is kinda strange when you think about it). Secondly, emergency funds are essential to modern living. Start with an amount that’d cover 1 months expenses then aim for 6 months. You really should have something to fall back on if you can’t work for whatever reason.

Nick has felt a bit more overly emotional this fifa though. He didn’t like the game last year that much either but played til the end of the cycle. Something needs to change with the game for ea to wake up a bit

the reason you enjoy the game is because you only get 3 bad/scripted games out of 20, while us the general population get 17bad games out of 20, this is the reason I quit 6 months ago and why many people are quitting

The British government had the chance to end all this when they took EA to task over packs, they bottled it and EA has gone from strength to strength making more and more expensive packs ever since, I don’t buy FC points but I feel bad for those who do.

Fuji Fuji Fuji… the gameplay for me is only playable for around 20% of the time. 6 o’clock onwards til around 11-12 o’clock is soooo bad. I’m in NW England and the servers are terrible. We should be expecting good gameplay as a minimum from such a huge company not to mention the other improvements they SHOULD make.

i dont think a boycott till the next fifa works. ea (i think) works like a shoe brand where they create like multiple in advance (nba player jason tatum just released his 2nd shoe but announced about 3 months after the 1st shoe released in feb 2023 that they had already finished 2 and 3 and were working on 4). any boycott we do now probably wont have any real effect for multiple years, a time period i dont see the fifa community having any capacity to keep up anything close. Plus this is a fight that lost its chance to do anything long ago. weve shown too many years of complacency there has been so many things that the fifa community complained about for a few days and then moved on. other games dont let devs forget their mistakes. Counter Strike fans will never let valve live down the disaster of the R8 update and stuff like that prevents valve from making such drastic changes without properly testing them anymore. The fifa community complains about ea but its almost like we all see EA as a faceless entity so nothing gets done. Im not saying to harass someone, but im saying the community doesn't have a sense of whos making the decisions and who to blame for the fuck ups and it makes it easier for it to keep happening

Nice video, Fooj but......none of what their proposing will make any difference, people love football to much to stop playing the only half decent football game. Nothing will change until a quality competitor comes around. I respect the fact you are willing to go along with whatever changes are proposed. i just have no faith it will do anything, EA do not care, then really don't. I think the main issue we should be focusing on is answers as to why we have server issues all the time and why is the QC so bad this year? I actually wonder if there is even a single employee there that actually checks anything before it is released. I can't remember a single EA title that has had this many mistakes during its run. We have had mistakes in previous iterations like chem gate etc but no other game has had this many consistent errors.
