I have been living in Finland for years and yes i would say it is much cheaper to buy healthy foods or products here in Finland. Finnish has a very tight food regulations. 😊

I feel you! Love going to the supermarket (even the not so super) because they have a lot of gluten-free and lactose-free options! Hope one day i can bump into you guys, would love to see siena bug! (But my husband and I are down south 🥲)

My Finnish ldr bf told me to watch grocery vlogs, and I saw this video. I was like she looks Filipina, and I got excited to find out she is. Hopefully in a few years, I'll get to move there 🤞🏻, so this is pretty helpful.

Best vlog!😂 After Sienna Bug vlogs 🤭 finally there is no shame on flying back with a luggage full of groceries 🤣 i am not the only one. But there was a time I have to top up my luggage allowance, so 'cheap' is no longer cheap haul 😅

Nice to see common super market. I live 2 kilometers from that Citymarket here in Tampere. I wisited there just yesterday for shopping. I just didn´t buy much of thing becouse i only needed some cream (lactose free) and some frozen prawns. Mostly i shop there or in Prisma. I think that what i normally buy are little bit cheaper in Prisma but it depends what i need. But i still do shopping alot at thet store becouse it is in my way to home and as i work lots of night shifts and it is open 24/7 it is so easy stop there and i don´t need to drive to Prisma.

Here sa states, pag lacto ka, all you needed is to find organic A2 milk and grass fed cheese. My yogurt is also organic A2 grass fed. I was shocked when I tried them and didn’t have reaction or inflammation. Now I feel so much better. Mahal pero so so worth it! Tutal wala naman ako masyado luho except sa good healthy food talaga hahah Edited: my problem kasi sa mga fake cheese / vegan cheese is the natural flavor that’s added. That’s the hidden bad ingredient kasi 😔 Kaya I stayed getting grass fed na lang 😩

Full bag of candy is about 1kg in those, the cup is bit smaller. The cup has fixed price and i think it was something like 750g, but not sure.

I need those. Are you selling hahaha? Since I had chronic pain in 2020 I was advised to shift to gluten free, lactose free, anti inflammatory food and it worked for me. I got well. But it's so difficult to find those in Pinas

I think in Asia the good and cheap groceries are at the fresh markets? the ones that are open at 5am and close at 8am, where all the grandmas and ayi’s go in the morning; it usually smells like slimy fish and chicken poo, and you gotta bargain every cent? (Does anyone know what I’m talking about?) But since many of us are office-workers (or expats who have no idea they’re even a thing lol) we can’t exactly do that every morning, so we go to the supermarket when we can - where everything is nicely packaged and *maur expensive*. I think this is why restaurant food appears to be less expensive than groceries.

…the same as my Whole Foods downstairs where too much of every category is gluten-free/vegan/no additives/organic? More importantly, equally expensive as well! 😂 (Also, gluten-free gummy candy is gross, and so so sticky. Fight me. 😬)
