Try lower passes for alu, like 0.01, lower everything and wd40

How noisy is the machine in use? I share walls with my neighbours. Is the noise from this going to go through the wall and upset them?

fluted bits are your friend! also not sure if you follow AvE he has a ton of technical knowledge and does a deep dive on some of the more advanced aspects of modeling for CNCs. I"m sure you could replace the spindle with something quicker depending on what you have. These smaller CNCS are more glorified engravers than actaul CNCS just due to how deep they can cut but maybe these newer ones are better? Glad to see you diving into CNC! Thanks againf or all that you've taught me dude!

Try 1/32" cut use magic tap cutting fluid with extremely slow cuts

the longer the bit the more its unstable it get. also you need to go really slow on aluminum and some WD40 just a little touch of WD40 once in a while

My compliments for nothing additional cost, but if you don't own a vacuum cleaner already then you should not be buying a CNC.
