I went to glass with glue for a long time and haven't use a spatula since. Now I'm using pei and haven't needed spatula on the textured side. But I haven't tested petg on the smooth side yet but hoping using glue will work just like my glass bed

U can use the 0.2mm nozzle but at 0.12mm layer height and it won't be as slow but still way better lines

How is it printing right when the structure is moving all around

when doing the thickness, remember the diameter of your nozzle hole.. ie .4mm so it would help ya by making thicknesses in multiples of .4mm.. instead of 1.0mm do .8mm or 1.2mm. Just something to help
