Remember to max you guitar volume I stupidly play on low volume (guitar knob volume) and didn't get distortion or overdrive sounds

I can hear that there’s lot of humming noise. I’m facing the same issue after I got this guitar for my kiddo. I wonder better cables will solve the humming noise
