You can actually save your squier strat by 1. Upgrading stock frets to Stainless Steel Frets (intonation) 2. Upgrading pick ups to gen 4 noiseless 3. Upgrading stock tuners to locking machine heads (tuning stability) 4. Upgrading stock nut to tusq. (intonation) 5. Upgrading to a bigger lightning mcqueen sticker. You’ll be surprised with the feel and sound after. Visit your local luthier :)
