The reason the reactive doesn't work when your wearing the jet pack is because the skin gets the power from the back bling and if it's not there it can't get the power I think

No he sniped it miss he switch to his scar really quickly play it in slow mode.

Yes by the time the bullet missed the guy, the scar hit the guy because snipers are not bullets which travel instantly
