Awesome effort Adam… Tough conditions for the run 🥵… Getting two flats, and struggling with the knee, makes it even more impressive 👍.. If you thought that atmosphere was good, you wait til you get to Bolton. The friendliest people, all cheering, all there seemingly just for you… and coming down that Red carpet…. WOW!!! Unbelievable feeling 🥰… ENJOY!!!

Would I be right in saying that to do a full Ironman, you need be be at the level of ""Athlete"" fitness wise?? I've a full coming up next year, and that's the level of fitness I'm telling myself I have to be at- an "Athlete".

congrats but maybe update the title and description to say 70.3. Big difference between a 70.3 and an Ironman.

Yeah… should at least be a sub 6 before tackling a full IM. My first IM was tough. As my coach told me, nothing prepares you for a full IM, it hits you like a truck
