Okay, the best augmentation was weird. You are SO BEAUTIFUL and no way do you need them. Breasts are fun for about 5 minutes, but it will never keep a man around.

@@altfiwithleighlommen310 I know you probably intended this as a compliment but respectfully, this comment is strange bro. Women’s breasts don’t exist for a mans enjoyment or ‘fun’ and making the decision to have an augmentation has 0 to do with a man, or keeping a man. If Julianne felt at that time that she needed/wanted to have an augmentation for herself for whatever personal reason and it made her feel more comfortable or happy then that’s entirely down to her. Just some food for thought bro, no shade. ❤️

As a 71 year old who did way to many drugs (mostly LSD and Pot) in mostly my teen years, I learned that There's a time for everything and there's a time to walk away. Drugs can only teach so much, then it's up to you. Don't let them become a crutch. The other lesson I attribute to psychedelics is learning to forgive, yourself as well as others. That doesn't mean that you accept your own or others bad behavior. May you find that which you search for. Aloha

@Pat McGuiness I am also a baby boomer who didn’t do drugs! I thought psychedelics were a scary thing to stay away from or you could go insane! Haaa! Now I am very intrigued but still a bit leery and hesitant because of the legalities ! I’m hoping in the near future they become legal but even then I’m thinking I’d rather do it in a clinical setting! I’ve got the tendency to look for the perfection solution, your post reminded me nothing will do that--it’s an inside job! 😊

Most definitely the truth. Last time I tripped it was on a 4.5g mixture of golden teachers and albino penis envy and near the end of my trip it was explained very succinctly that I had gone and taken them earlier than meant to. Oddly enough with this amount my trip was not as powerful as some others with less quantity and I wonder a little bit if that was a side effect of having been so recent to my last trip. Secondly, as I've been tripping over this past year I've noticed that the first few were very powerful and 'vibrant' experiences whereas the last few have been sort of like a "oh, it's you again, why did you come in through the back door?" feeling. Not sure if that will make sense or resonate with anyone who reads this but those are my thoughts on it.

your insights really resonated with me! particularly about empathizing with the groups of people who have hurt you. I too have realized that compassion is unconditional, and we can be compassionate to others who were not compassionate to us. I think letting go of resentment and forgiveness is so empowering for us in moving on and being at peace. Even letting go of resentment toward the world and our circumstances as a whole, not necessarily just toward people.

I am a Sagittarius and have a narcissist parent also. And have also been dabbling with microdosing magic mushrooms. Thank you for sharing your experiences as it’s helped me through mine. I learned a while ago that while some one like you and I may be equipped with 10 layers of emotion, a narcissistic may only have 2 or 3. It’s helped me understand, accept, and move forward. In relationships as well. I still draw narcissistic personalities towards me but I am much better and not taking their actions personally. Happy birthday to you. Love your content!

That is such an eloquent way of putting it... empaths have 10 layers of emotion, narcissists may have 2 or 3... it doesn’t make them fundamentally bad people. Ultimately, it is up to us to decide how much energy we want to let in! I truly believe us empaths (those with a larger “pain body,” as Eckhart Tolle puts it) were put here to help lift others up! But first, we must learn from our own pain. Thank you for your affirmation of one of my insights. I felt nervous before hitting “publish” - but now I feel much better about it. Thank you also for the bday wish. Happy birthday to you too, fellow Sag!

Thanks for sharing. Well, I first tripped on psylocybin Dec 1970. I had first got high on LSD starting in Jan 67, I had also tripped on mescaline numerous times. I really enjoyed the effects of psylocybin compared to the other psychedelics. i liked how it elevated my mood in unique ways. It evoked belly laughs from me from the most mundane things. My cousin and I were playing a game of pool. it was hysterical when we would miss a shot and the balls would ricochet around the table. I do not think I had any "big " insights. It just made me happy to be alive. It brought the sillines of being human and so serious about things that we can't control the show. The universe is writing the play and all we can do is applaud or own human silliness to think our egos are in charge. I have not done any psychedelics in decades. I began meditating in summer of 88. But, I would do mushrooms again. Stay safe be well

Totally agree! Had the same experience and results from doing those three psychedelics. In regards to a trip report. 1. As I was laying on my back staring at the stars I realized I was just clinging to a ball that was spinning through the atmosphere. 2. I realized we were all interconnected and love is what binds us. We need each others support as we hurl through this galaxy. Our brains get pulled in the wrong direction through social and regular media. We need to get connected again. Sometimes I'll take .5gr and go on a hike and just appreciate everything about nature. I think it's OK not to have insights and just let it flow and see what comes up. It's like visiting with an old friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience in such a clear and concise manner. Going into a psychedelic experience knowing, and for the exact purpose of airing out some of the things that have been pushed to the back of the closet is a very noble endeavor. The way you talk about having compassion even for those who have wronged you is precisely the attitude we need more of in these tumultuous times. Not necessarily to forgive and forget, but to understand, with empathy and compassion, and to offer them the love that can hopefully help them heal. I just got out of a long term relationship with somebody who suffers from BPD, which is similar to narcissism in a some key ways, and came to a similar conclusion on my first trip in an equally long time. They were trying the best they could to love and be loved, but due to childhood circumstance they just didn't know how. Sadly it took me walking out the door to realized they needed the help I had been trying to get them to seek for years. Thankfully they do seem to be getting better. I wish more people would land on content like this when tumbling down the youtube rabbit hole, I genuinely think the world would be a better place.

I really love your videos, and i've recommended you to a friend i'm helping with her depression and anxiety. She is understandably scared of doing an heroic dose, but i know it will literally save her life. I have done several heroic trips, the first was in thailand after exiting a 10 year marrige from hell. It was the most profound experience of my life, and i often describe it as being reborn. It completely cleared my head, and like you said in your microdose video, last year (despite the lockdown) was the best year of my life in terms of finding myself and realising we are all part of something way bigger than the life most of us know. The trips i did after this were incredible, and you always learn something new - no trip is ever the same.

Psychedelics changed my life!! My very first experience with psychedelics was in Peru at an Ayahuasca retreat. This experience was the catalyst for my spiritual awakening. I had been a hard core atheist for most of my adult life but after participating in these 4 Aya ceremonies my conscioussness expanded so much, it gave me such a thirst for knowledge on all things spiritual. I began reading books like crazy and then I started having my own spiritual experiences. That is when I truly remembered who I was...a spiritual being having a human experience. I then was introduced to the world of magic mushrooms. Within 2 years I did 5 intentional journeys. Each trip was different but all of them were very powerful. Some of the experiences were as follows: - learned without a doubt that I am supported by the universe and never have to worry about anything ever again. I used to wake up in the middle of the night and worry about my finances. Since that 1 trip I don't worry at all about anything! - I experienced feeling the love from God. It was the most incredible, beautiful, intense feeling I have ever felt. I cried tears of joy for probably 20mins. I will never forget that! And then I received a hug from Archangel Michael. It was something I had listed in my intentions for that journey. I was lying on my back and my arms literally flew up into the air into the hugging position. I did not see or feel him in the physical sense but I felt it in my heart. - for my 3rd journey my intention was to release all self limiting beliefs, fears and perspectives. It was an uncomfortable trip, lots of nausea and an ego death ecperience. But the result was incredible!! 2 days later I realized I had healed my candida albicans and the accompanied skin fungus, tinea versicolor, that I had had for 23 years!! These plant medicines are no doubt, a gift from God!

Really appreciate your authentic sharings Julianne. I recently did another Aya journey with the intention of seeing and understanding the ego-mind. I was shown how the mind and ego are entwined. To clear the ego, we simply need to silence the mind and move into the observer, the soul self, sour Source being. It is only possible when we are fully present in the moment, each moment. When presence slips, the mind returns and with it the ego. Mooji has been my greatest teacher lately. I've watched his Satsangs before but couldn't break through. Since working with Aya I have broken through, and it is truly the most blissful, amazing experience. It comes and goes but it stays longer than it ever has before. Microdosing has been a Godsend to me too. Leaving a Narcissitic relationship broke me, I'm coming back but it's been a 13 year journey of healing. Really love your work. Thank you for sharing your journey with us. X

It's so important to let it go and be with it. Letting psilocybin lead the way and not fight it. That is when it realy seems to teach you the most. We are all soo perfect in the eyes of our creator. We all came here naked and we will all leave naked. No material thing no negatives, life has soo much more meaning. it's an incredible gift. Let's take it slow and learn to love again. More recently I've come across EAST FOREST on KZfaq. Amazing psilocybin trip ceremony music.

Thanks so much for sharing, so insightful. I really want to have a trip with mushrooms similar to what you are doing. I have had a trip before with THC and it was not nice at all. I was super paranoid but understood that it.

The biggest dose I’ve ever taken was unintentional, and it was with mushroom chocolate bars. It was the worst experience of my life, but there were still some important insights. The trip came on so fast and strongly that my ego wasn’t ready for it and it kept trying to yank me back into reality and cling on to my feelings of fear in an attempt to anchor me to this plane of existence. Because of this, my ego didn’t die, but it was split into 3 noticeable pieces. One piece was the part of my that was angry at the hurt I was going through, another piece felt like a gentle guardian that wanted to comfort me, and the third part was the fear and anxiety that I was feeling that still felt the most like myself. My fear was keeping me anchored to reality and wouldn’t let me let transcend even when I tried to let go and let my ego die. After a lot of thought, I think that experience told me how much I let my fear control me, but I haven’t been able to process and come to that conclusion until I started getting into psychedelics again, at a much more reasonable dose. For now I’m on a similar journey as you are in this video where I’m slowly increasing my dose every couple of weeks until I make some sort of breakthrough. Unlike last time, I’m approaching this with much more respect and caution towards the psychedelics I’m taking. I don’t know if I’ll ever work my way up to a heroic dose like 5 grams, but I’ll see as time goes on. Maybe one day I’ll be ready for that kind of journey.

"there's no such thing as evil." "we are all capable of good and we are all capable of evil." Having been around awhile and spent decades coming to understand archetypes and psychological traits, there is not a single doubt in my mind that evil exists. We are all absolutely capable it, and it absolutely exists.

Define evil. Do you believe it's supernatural? I don't. I don't believe "evil" is supernatural at all.
@Richest_The

@@JulianneKeu as an adjective: "profoundly immoral and wicked." I understand the journey beneath the ego and how it illuminates the underlying insecurities and personal torture that most people experience that can oftentimes appear to explain why they act in "evil" ways. This understanding does not wash away the evil acts, it merely provides context as to why they are happening. I have known truly evil people, despite knowing/understanding why they acted that way, the fact remains. Evil can describe completely non-supernatural things. I have committed evil. I have committed good. I strive to do as little evil as possible. It would be very dangerous for me to deny it's existence.

Thankyou for this video. So helpful and insightful. The most profound psychedelic experience I had was with Ayahuasca. The lessons that I learnt from that experience was - Love is the answer - You are perfect as you are (my intention was to recover from my disordered eating and body dysmorphia among other things) - We are all energy and different vibrations. If you don’t vibe with someone just let them go. - She also showed me how I need to let go. Till this day I’m still learning lessons from that one experience. I have been so scared to take psychedelics from that experience. Im preparing to take golden teachers (1.5 to 2g) and am finding your videos and experiences so comforting and helpful. Thankyou 💗

O.M.G. I am pausing this vid before having finished listening to your discussion on narcissists but what brought me to microdosing and psilocybin is a long windy road, 2 years today exactly (synchronicity?), that began from narcissistic abuse. I could not find any info connecting these two topics and I found this particular video just out of casual curiosity on trip reports. Seek and ye shall find. I am very uncomfortable with the idea of empathy for narcissists considering the way that person... for lack of a better word, destroyed me. But curious about your perspective. OK, now I'm going to continue watching. P.S. THANK YOU (it's heartfelt) Julianne for your well-researched, concise videos.

Thank you for sharing on your experiences. About ego and the fear of not seeing it over power you, when you train yourself to recognize it’s pattern, you train yourself to be aware, then the ego can react as it does in every circumstances and you can see it’s movement and choose (as you illustrated about shame) to follow it blindly or observe it. As you observe it, you are not nourishing it and give it fuel. So it slowly dissipates. And the circle continues that way. The ego stays but does not overpower. Because your mind is trained and aware, or enlighten to the truth about the ego. 🙏🏼

My most introspective, beneficial trip was alone in the dark. It started in a social setting where we all partook. I methodically went through my life from the beginning of awareness and recollection. I was able to gain clarity of my existence. The essence of every relationship and everything as I perceived it to be. It gave me clarity and cleansed my soul.

Happy Birthday! I did my first trip this weekend, it was definitely interesting, I did a full day of micro dosing. I would say the insights I learned is that I need to continue saying how I feel and don’t accept negative energy. If it’s something I don’t like, speak up for myself and if I maintain my reasoning and temper I can successfully navigate the conversations better. I struggle with trusting and giving people my time in lieu of my own objectives, and often that ends up being a one sided relationship where nothing I want is in consideration. I’m going to try to monitor this and see how well I do at applying this knowledge. My transparency experience: I’m pretty sure I was also contacted by aliens through text and light communication, and the number 3 was very prominent. My birthday is 2/14/85 and my numerology number is 3 so this is significant. The next time I do it, I want to try to look deeper into the meaning behind it. I did about 2.5 grams over about 15 hours of time. Definitely going to micro-dose, and definitely going to try this heroes journey everyone is talking about. Thank you for your insight!

I used to be such a skeptic about reports of angels and interactions with the supernatural.. but the more accounts I hear from people, the more of a believer I become. I also resonate with your experiences w/ trust (or lack thereof). It is a process for everyone - and the lessons we are meant to learn are all different (and somehow, oddly, similar at the same time). Peace to you! I have no doubt you'll find the answers you're looking for.

I've been wanting to try shrooms for a few years. Your microdose video came up as a suggested video, probably since I have been watching videos related to THC. Most of those are produced by some very stoner-looking dudes (which is OK, I guess!), but it's nice to see someone that could just as well be talking about cooking. Your approach and personality really lend credibility to the subject. Also, Happy Birthday!

Ahh thank you! And thank you for your feedback. I didn’t have the confidence to make many psychedelics-related videos in the beginning because I didn’t feel I fit the typical “psychonaut” mold... but I’ve since learned that there are so many different ways to approach a subject... and nobody really owns anything. We can only share what we’ve learned. So cheers to that haha 🥂

I love your videos 😭 I want you to come back. You’re truly one of a kind! I saw you posted an update in Sept of 22 so hoping you’re ok!!! Omg. So all I did was triple my microdose after about a month of 1 on 2 off. I am really sensitive and wanted to follow the “start low to slow” protocol with taking things to the next level. So don’t understand how that could have been barely a mini dose at 450 mg, but I had a rich experience and I would have to say that in retrospect, it felt triple the microdose. This experience was far from nuthin. Anyway I just wanted to share one aspect, as I appreciated your forthcomingness here although I know this experience is now something from your past, but it is all very fresh & new for me. I was looking at my artwork, and some other art I had where I was sitting. The paintings were moving (ie the water was flowing, the sunshine was shimmering, and the trees were swaying in the wind 😵‍💫 which is how I knew I was genuinely tripping) That was cool, but what I really took from that segment of my experience was 2 potent realizations: one, I realized I have been brushing off my artistic talent, and that although I don’t have much training or technical ability, my paintings were very sweet, and I was so proud of myself. I burst into tears that felt like they were a century old. My tears were honestly getting a millisecond of air as they burst from my eyes and slapped my cheeks. I was crying and laughing at t same time looking at my own amateur paintings 😅 My dog leaped onto my lap and was slurping up my tears. The second thing was I noticed that my art had my own energy radiating out of it. I looked at another artists painting which was up on my wall, and I felt her energetic imprint as well. I gasped, because it was so different from mine, but it had nothing to do with quality or ability or what the painting looked like. It was an energetic imprint. I can still feel it, even though I can’t see it now. I remember what it felt like to see it. I will never not know this, for the rest of my life. It’s a thing!!!!! 450 mg baby 🤭😅💕 Thank you. Come back, Julianne! 💓
