Love the video. Well I have been depressed for a long time, but after taking mushrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD managed, lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.

I think you made some good observations....so-called "science" studies often have lots of confounding variables that obscure the true cause and effect determination. I took an experimental design course 34 years ago in a psych grad school program and it was shocking to see how many studies have faulty / weak designs. Real science requires thick skin and a parking of egos at the door. Thanks for the video!

Amazing advice. As someone who for whatever reason got his s**t together and cleaned his proverbial room after a mushroom experience, these tips are crucial. As someone who has also had very frightening, earth shattering, depersonalized experiences with entheogens itis very important to prepare yourself. Trust Me. I have benefited more than I can articulate from mushrooms, but I have also been brought to My knees from mushrooms and not being prepared.

05:10 you treat this like baking a cake😂 americans are always so specific on these things. It's a matter of TOLERANCE so this can vary person to person, bodyweight and age might have something to do with it but you can just find out for yourself, if the effects gets less tolerance kicks in and then you know you have to take a few days off.

100% agree I used to have Psychosis and paranoid thoughts like "people thinking about me talking about me etc. Very odd behavior after getting off Adderall from 7-16. Antidepressants at 18-29. 31 now. I took way to much, but took about 20g of Gold caps (Psilocybin containing mushroom) I analyzed my entire life. The emotions that came out helped me understand behavior etc more. Wont ever need to do it again because I'm happy and contempt forever, but I wish more people did this to alter their perception of reality. Would help with healing much trauma

so i’ve been taking one scoop of shrooms with a 1/34 teaspoon which i think is 150 milligrams for 1 day on two days off for a week n a half and im not really feeling any of the affects. i make sure im doing good habits and be mindful of my thoughts before i take but im still overthinking a lot and still get anxious not be in the moment. i become aware and try not to indulge but i just started doing 4 days on 3 days off and im on my 3rd day. how do i know when to change dose and protocol
